 The episode begins with Chirag discussing a surgery when suddenly an angry mob storms the hospital, destroying property and creating chaos. Chirag tries to calm them down, but Mishka drags him to safety. At the same time, Deepika watches the news in horror and learns that Chirag is caught in a major controversy. Lavanya and Omkar are also shocked, with Omkar trying to reach Chirag in vain.

Mishka informs Chirag that he is being blamed for administering an overdose to a patient, and the media is already targeting him. Soon, he is summoned to an urgent board meeting.

Meanwhile, Deepika visits the family of the patient, who are furious with Chirag. She defends him passionately, explaining how he saved their child. At this moment, Corporator Shah Alam arrives, claiming to represent Minister Sisodia, and introduces Deepika. Deepika’s heartfelt plea wins over the boy’s parents, which triggers Mishka’s jealousy. Determined to take credit, Mishka steps in.

At the hospital board meeting, Chirag is suspended without pay, and his license is under review. Though Shah Alam invites Deepika to a political meeting, she declines, leaving an opening for Mishka to take the spotlight. In the meeting, the boy’s father, Vishal, refuses to file a case, prompting the board to revoke Chirag’s suspension. However, Mishka cunningly claims credit for the outcome and advises Chirag to step away from the baby, Ladoo.

Back at home, Lavanya plans a Christmas gift distribution at the orphanage. However, Ashutosh misses Deepika, while Saloni volunteers to dress as Santa and visit her. But Chirag coldly announces that he will drop Ladoo at the orphanage himself, shocking the family. Lavanya is heartbroken, and Ashutosh and Neelima are sent to inspect the orphanage. Though they try to talk sense into Chirag, he blames himself for the hospital incident and remains adamant.

As Chirag visits the orphanage, something extraordinary happens—a chandelier nearly falls on him, but Ladoo cries out, grabbing his attention just in time and saving his life. Lavanya points out the emotional bond, calling Ladoo his protector. Touched and moved, Chirag has a change of heart. He decides not to abandon Ladoo and walks away with her, leaving his family overwhelmed with emotion.
