Dil Ko Tumse Pyaar Hua Written Episode begins with Chirag shocked when Chandni calls Deepika her mamma. Chandni quickly corrects herself, saying she also calls her Savri Mamma. Chirag questions Deepika about Chandni staying with them. Just then, Baldev arrives to take Chandni and thanks Lavanya for looking after her. Lavanya explains that she had only come to drop Chandni and didn’t plan to stay. Chirag then leaves with Ragini and Lavanya.

Later, Deepika tells Baldev that Lavanya wants her to keep a fast for her husband during a puja, but Chirag is now Mishka’s husband. Baldev gently reminds her that Chirag is Chandni’s father, and she has the right to keep the fast for her daughter’s father. Chandni overhears and resolves to keep a fast and pray for her father as well.

Meanwhile, Chirag tells his senior that he will resign from the hospital in ten days. His senior insists he stay for at least another month to train a junior doctor. Reluctantly, Chirag agrees. After Chirag leaves, the senior informs Lavanya he has fulfilled her request. Lavanya, pleased, tells Omkar they now have four weeks to execute their plan. She encourages Ragini to say goodbye to her friends before moving ahead.

Chandni shows Ragini a flyer about a family meetup camp and urges her to attend. Although Ragini worries her father won’t allow it, Lavanya promises to handle everything and instructs the girls to follow her guidance.

Chirag later asks Mishka to organise a medical camp at Chote Krishna Mandir. Chandni and Ragini visit Chirag with Lavanya, surprising him. Though Mishka is displeased, Chirag gives in to the girls’ requests and allows them to attend the camp. Mishka grows jealous, noticing how easily he listens to them.

At the temple, Deepika prays and keeps a fast for her husband, while Chandni prays for her father to return to her. During the camp, a woman faints, and Chirag rushes to help. Chandni notices her father and Deepika standing face-to-face. Lavanya and Omkar use the camp as part of their plan, even locking Chirag and Deepika together. Despite arguments, when Deepika falls ill, Chirag comforts her. Their accidental closeness creates an emotional moment of eye contact, stirring old feelings.

Meanwhile, Jahnvi feels neglected when her in-laws shower affection on Chandni and Ragini. Alone, she discovers documents that show Lavanya and Omkar’s plan to make the girls trustees. She calls her lawyer to transfer ownership of the house to herself. Prithvi overhears, confronts her, and later stops her from forging Omkar’s signature. Soon after, goons attack and loot the house. Prithvi and the police save Jahnvi, and when she pleads for her unborn child’s safety, Prithvi reassures her. Jahnvi realises her mistakes and softens.

Back at the camp, Chandni and Ragini bond over shared meals. But Mishka pressures Ragini, leading to an accidental push against Chandni. Though Ragini apologises, she confides in Chandni about Mishka’s blackmail. Chandni decides to confront Mishka’s manipulations.

Precap: Mishka locks Chandni and Ragini in a classroom. Chirag wrongly accuses Deepika of kidnapping Ragini and threatens her. Inside, the girls scream for help as Ragini collapses.
