Dil Ko Tumse Pyaar Hua Written Episode begins with Omkar asking Lavanya about Chirag’s whereabouts. Lavanya explains that Chirag might be missing Ragini and has no appetite, but she feels relieved that his heart is slowly softening towards Deepika. Prithvi suggests Ragini should stay with Deepika, while Janvi remarks that Chirag still remains wary of Deepika as he fears betrayal. Lavanya avoids commenting on Deepika’s daughters and leaves the table.

That night, Ragini and Chandni sleep beside Deepika. She recalls the moment when Chirag had once filled her hairline with vermilion. Chirag arrives to check on Ragini and notices Chandni sleeping with them. Deepika explains that Chandni’s mother is unwell, which is why she came to Jodhpur. Chirag confirms this as Chandni herself had said the same. Together, Chirag and Deepika lovingly put the girls to bed. Chirag asks Deepika to wipe off the vermilion on her face before he kisses Ragini and Chandni goodnight. Deepika later dreams of Chirag embracing her.

The next day, Lavanya narrates a story from the Ramayana to Chandni and Ragini, teaching them the meaning of twins. Chandni imagines how much fun life would be if she and Ragini were twins. Lavanya affectionately calls them twins and asks Deepika to bring water.

Meanwhile, Mishka retrieves a DNA report from her cabin. When Chirag unexpectedly returns after forgetting his laptop, he sees Mishka holding the file. Mishka pretends it is just paperwork. After he leaves, she tears the report and decides to use Chandni to reveal Deepika’s secret.

At lunchtime, Chandni and Ragini sit together while Lavanya praises Chandni as an all-rounder. Ragini proudly declares she is one too. Chandni almost calls Deepika her mother but remembers her promise and instead refers to her as “SM.” She invites Chirag to eat with them, and he agrees. Deepika serves food and feeds Ragini, while Chirag feeds Chandni. Lavanya happily takes pictures. Before leaving, she bids farewell to Ragini. Chirag offers to drop Chandni home, but she says her family is out of town and she will stay with Deepika.

After kissing Lavanya and Chirag goodbye, Chandni tells Ragini to go inside so she can talk to Deepika privately. She confides in Deepika that she doesn’t want to play along with her grandmother’s games. Deepika comforts her, telling her to rest and assuring that she will find a way out.

Later, Chirag arrives to collect Ragini’s re-admission papers but finds Chandni unconscious. Mishka had bribed a peon to give her medicated chocolates. Chirag rushes Chandni to the hospital. There, the principal informs him about the incident and reveals that Deepika is Chandni’s mother and that Ragini lovingly refers to her as Savri Mamma. Chirag is left shocked by the revelation.
