Dil Ko Tumse Pyaar Hua Written Episode begins with Chirag agreeing to drop Deepika and Chandni home on Lavanya’s insistence. Lavanya feels overjoyed seeing Chirag’s complete family in one car and silently prays that they reunite permanently. The song Ek Dusre Se Karte Hain Pyar Hum plays on the FM, making the moment more heartwarming. Lavanya encourages Chandni and Ragini to always stay by each other’s side as best friends.
When Ragini reaches home with Chandni, she becomes emotional and cries for her Savri Mamma. Deepika consoles her, assuring that they will stay in touch. Lavanya hopes this incident will soften Chirag’s heart towards Deepika.
The next day, Deepika performs Basant Panchami pooja at a temple and brings prasad for Chandni, explaining the festival’s significance. Chandni suggests sharing it with Ragini. When Deepika calls Lavanya, she learns Ragini is unwell. Chirag rushes Ragini to the hospital after she faints. Deepika overhears this conversation.
At the hospital, Ragini continuously calls for her SM. The doctor advises Chirag to bring Savri Mamma immediately to save Ragini’s life. Mishka opposes the idea, fearing Deepika will take control. Neelima calls Mishka selfish, while Lavanya firmly insists that Ragini needs Deepika. Omkar warns Chirag to call Deepika himself if Chirag doesn’t. Despite Mishka’s resistance, Lavanya convinces Chirag to seek Deepika’s help.
Chirag pleads with Deepika to help Ragini, confessing his deep love for his daughter. Deepika assures him that Ragini matters equally to her. She gently encourages Ragini to open her eyes, and Ragini holds Deepika’s hands tightly as she wakes. Deepika scolds Ragini for scaring everyone and makes her promise to take care of herself. Ragini refuses, saying she needs Deepika in her life. She also tells Chirag she doesn’t want to go to London, and he agrees. Mishka is left fuming as her influence weakens.
Chandni motivates Ragini to recover quickly, and Deepika promises to meet her at school. Chirag begins to suspect Chandni is hiding something from him. Later, Chandni happily informs Baldev that Ragini will not go to London anymore. Deepika confides in Baldev, expressing that Ragini needs a real mother’s care, and she grows suspicious about Lavanya’s unusual behaviour towards Mishka, doubting their true bond.
Soon, Chirag visits Deepika’s home, saying he has come to take her along because Ragini isn’t eating. Remembering his past insults, Deepika refuses and suggests Ragini stay with her instead. Chirag insists that Ragini needs her, and reluctantly, Deepika agrees. She prepares food for Ragini, and later Ragini tells her mother that her father has allowed her to stay with her.
In a lighthearted moment, Ragini and Chandni mischievously push Deepika into Chirag’s arms. The girls then tease them, saying Chirag should marry Deepika so they can all live happily together.
Precap: The teacher brings an unconscious Chandni to Chirag, saying she found her in the corridor. Chirag asks the teacher to call Chandni’s mother—and is stunned to learn that Deepika is Chandni’s mother and Ragini’s Savri Mamma.
