He implies that Padma and the other girls won’t receive justice if Anjali continues on this path. Anjali clarifies that she joined Raghav’s team to protect her father, citing the large debt she cannot repay. However, when Ganesh files a police complaint against Raghav, Yuvraj, and Chandrabhan Thakur for their attack on him, Anjali vows to seek revenge against them.
Pankaj inquires about the reason for Anjali’s call, to which she admits his suspicions regarding Inspector Vidyut were correct. She reveals that Vidyut has been away from the station for a wedding and suggests Pankaj look into his phone records. Pankaj then brings up Anjali’s debt to Raghav and her connection to the case, but Anjali assures him that once she is no longer indebted, she will ensure the Thakurs face the consequences for their deeds.
Later, Pankaj and Vidyut head to Ganesh Awasthi’s for his statement. Pankaj inquires about the incident, questioning whether the car purposefully collided with Ganesh or if it was a coincidence. Ganesh confirms it was intentional; soon after, they receive word that the car has been located. While at the scene, Vidyut discreetly makes a phone call that Anjali overhears, alerting someone to remain vigilant due to the car being found.
Pankaj continues questioning about the person responsible for putting the leash around Ganesh’s neck. Despite Sapna’s attempts to intervene, Pankaj remains firm on performing his duty and notes that the lack of witnesses is partially due to Sapna’s actions. Eventually, Ganesh reveals that Chandrabhan Thakur and Yuvraj Thakur committed the act. Pankaj informs Anjali that Ganesh’s statement will be beneficial in starting the case and emphasizes her importance in its success. However, Vidyut casts doubt on Anjali’s involvement, referencing her indebtedness to Raghav. This leads Pankaj to become suspicious of Vidyut’s knowledge of the matter. Vidyut dismisses Pankaj’s concerns and leaves, while Anjali cautions Pankaj to be wary of him.
Sapna cautions Anjali against further involvement, while Aman ridicules her for supposedly exchanging herself for the money she borrowed from Raghav. Anjali responds with her usual dramatic line, affirming that she is not one to be bought. She declares her determination to return Raghav’s money before Padma’s hearing.
Upon his arrival at the hospital to see the Awasthi family, Abhay is denied entry by the receptionist due to visiting hours being over. Aman, who notices Abhay, assumes he is following him and frantically attempts to escape quickly. Padma alerts Anjali of Abhay’s presence. Noticing their worry, Sapna inquires about whom they are searching for, and Anjali confirms it is indeed Abhay.
