Chandrabhan challenges Raghav about the absence of wedding preparations as he guides Kavya to the marriage mandap. Kavya sees Anjali and recalls their last meeting. Kavya’s parents, in the interim, see Anjali as well. Chandrabhan, perplexed, questions Raghav about Anjali’s bridal attire.

Rati pushes Aman’s family to react, but Chandrabhan claims Anjali is standing there in bridal dress, wearing sindhoor and mangalsutra, therefore today is meant to be Kavya’s wedding with Aman. Aman then tells Chandrabhan that Anjali is his spouse.

Kavya is overwhelmed with thoughts of Aman telling Anjali he loved her. Furious Chandrabhan charges Aman of joking and promises to punish him. Vaibhav steps in to stop him as he tries to strike Aman. Still furious, Chandrabhan vows to set Raghav’s house on fire should Kavya’s marriage not take place inside the family. He reminds Raghav of his vow to make Kavya happy. Abhay attempts to soothe Chandrabhan, while Rati warns him against getting angry. Chandrabhan, though, replies back, asking how he could ever remain silent.

Kavya approaches Chandrabhan and says that shouting would not alter anything. She questions Anjali whether Aman came to see her on ring ceremony day. She asks Aman why he insulted her love and deceived her as she turns to him. Kavya, heartbroken, says she didn’t come dressed as a bride to see such shame and vows to take her life.
Chandrabhan promises Kavya fast that he would handle Aman personally and that she need not go that far. Boldly daring Chandrabhan to touch Aman, Anjali threatens to shatter his hands should he do so. Aman steps in to inform Anjali she doesn’t have to defend him so long as he is around, saying so.

Rati asks Aman about his future with Kavya. She begs him not to pull out of the marriage and reminds him of the family members who have come for Kavya’s wedding. Aman insists he is already wed to Anjali. He says he would rather leave his house than live in a location where his wife is not accepted. Ruin Kavya’s life, Chandrabhan promises, and Aman will never live in peace. He tells Anjali he will set fire to her area if Kavya’s wedding does not take place that day. Unfazed, Aman claims Anjali is his duty.

Kavya, sobbing, tells Chandrabhan she cannot survive without Aman. Chandrabhan, seething, vows not to spare Anjali and Aman. Unfazed, Anjali dares Chandrabhan to come to her home anytime he chooses and declares she has had enough of the circumstances. She departs, telling Aman she cannot bear to stay there any longer.

Aman trails Anjali and begs her to grasp his affection by way of apology. Anjali, on the other hand, charges him of manipulating her to avoid his responsibilities to Kavya. She says his love is a deception. Aman claims he had no other option; Anjali, who feels betrayed, slaps him. She claims he is pulling her into a web of falsehoods and informs him there is no room for him in her life any more before leaving.
