Kamala Devi advises Raghav to handle Yuvraj’s case honestly rather than using his usual dishonest tactics. Raghav confidently accepts the challenge, stating that he will win the case. Kamala then asks if he had visited Anjali’s neighbourhood to bring back Padma. Gaurav reveals that Raghav’s plan failed, and he returned defeated. In frustration, Raghav calls out his name. Nandini reminds Gaurav to respect Raghav as their elder brother and guardian. However, Gaurav expresses his disappointment in Raghav’s actions, accusing him of ruining a maid’s life. Undeterred, Raghav declares that he is not bothered by Gaurav’s opinion and is determined to win the case against advocate Awasthi to prove himself the best.
Nagini informs Raghav that Ginni told her she could help him win the case and would advocate against Awasthi’s father. Raghav asks Ginni if she knows Advocate Awasthi’s father, and Ginni says yes, thinking it is her father who will stop Advocate Awasthi. Nivedita and Radhika ask if she knows Advocate Awasthi’s father.
Nandini says Ginni is confident of herself. In Ginni’s words, she will defeat advocate Awasthi through her father since advocate Awasthi is also troublesome to her. If she fails, Nandini will not give her her husband. She is warned not to speak such things in front of elders. Ginni says she has no idea how to tell her husband that he does not sleep in the same room with her, and she wants him to love her regardless.
Gaurav says she will fail in her plan for sure, as his entire family is on the wrong side except for him and his mother. Like Raghav, even advocate Awasthi has not learned to lose a case. Awasthi says this is Raghav’s first case. Ginni promises to convince him to make an out-of-court settlement. Nivedita asks if she knows she will succeed in her plan. Ginni says she will because she loves her husband.
A group of people led by Chandrabhan Thakar enter Inspector Pankaj’s cabin without knocking. Pankaj inquires who they are. Chandrabhan introduces himself, then after frightening him, asks him to convince Anjali to settle out of court. Pankaj replies appropriately. In her heavy dialogues, Anjali threatens Chandrabhan and Yuvraj and forces them to leave. Pankaj praises her courage and asks if she plans to file a lawsuit against Raghav for trying to abduct Padma.
To get justice for an old advocate, Raghav, who was brutally humiliated in court with false evidence a year ago, Anjali says she won’t give up and will defeat him in court. Pankaj asks who that man is. Anjali says her father, advocate Ganesh Awasthi. Nandini tongue-laces Padma for refusing to accompany Raghav. She reminds her that as a child, she was their maid, and now she plans to destroy them for Yuvraj’s minor error.
