As Gini arrives at Anjali’s house, she searches through various items but comes up empty-handed. When Anjali enters the room and observes Gini going through her purse, she inquires about the reason behind her actions. However, Gini insists she isn’t looking for anything and instead calls for Sapna’s assistance.
Anjali accuses Gini of attempted theft, causing a dispute between them. Sapna steps in and inquires about the source of their disagreement. Anjali discloses to Sapna that Gini was trying to steal something. However, Gini appeals to Sapna’s trust and clarifies that she came to invite her to Aman and Kavya’s ring ceremony.
Anjali responds by advising Sapna against visiting the location where she was mistreated and made to feel inferior. She also blames Gini for attempting to take the pen drive without permission. Anjali gestures towards the untidiness Gini caused in her books and cupboard as proof. Eventually, Anjali reveals that she knows Gini’s true intentions and presents a wheat box containing the sought-after pen drive. She proclaims that she intends to utilize it as evidence to send Yuvraj to prison. In addition, Anjali confidently states that Raghav will exit the courtroom feeling disgraced.
Gini cautions Anjali against interfering with her family, clarifying that it will not turn out well for her. Anjali brushes off Gini’s warnings, insisting on having the freedom to choose. Turning to Sapna, Gini emphasizes the importance of retrieving the pen drive, as failure could result in severe consequences for Anjali’s marriage and reputation. As Gini exits, she encounters Padma and makes a cutting remark before departing.
Sapna raises doubts about Padma’s motives and requests her departure. She cautions Padma that failing to comply may jeopardize her daughter’s marriage. Afterwards, Sapna takes her leave.
Later, Anjali visits Pankaj at his workplace and inquires why he did not attend the police station. She engages in a heated discussion with him about his absence. Pankaj clarifies that he was tasked with election duties for Chandrabhan Thakur but did not want to stoop to being a mere follower. As a result, he requested for medical leave. Pankaj voices his scepticism regarding Anjali’s ability to deliver justice for Padma. Taken aback, Anjali accuses him of backing down and declares her determination to pursue the case in court, challenging anyone who stands in her way.
At that moment, Yuvraj confidently declares his intention to end her plan. He brags about his ability to manipulate the forensic department, asserting that the actual pen drive will be transformed into a fake one and vice versa. He proceeds to taunt Anjali.
Growing increasingly frustrated, Anjali looks towards Pankaj and inquires why he is not taking any action while Yuvraj continues his mocking. She insists that Pankaj file a police complaint for her, but he apologises, disheartening Anjali.
Yuvraj taunts Pankaj, likening him to a defanged cobra and claiming he is now under Chandrabhan Thakur’s control. In response, Pankaj angrily strikes Yuvraj and reassures Anjali of his loyalty. Furious, Yuvraj declares that he will get back at Pankaj and storms off.
Anjali thanks Pankaj for his assistance before departing.
