Anjali returns to her community. She is approached by Yuvraj and his pals carrying a cake, candies, and the wedding invitation card for Kavya and Aman. Yuvraj makes fun of Anjali by claiming that she ought to have informed him if she enjoyed money. “How much has she been sold for?” he says sarcastically. Anjali cautions Yuvraj to watch what he says. Yuvraj offers her the cake while still making fun of her. Anjali throws the cake on his face.
Yuvraj informs Anjali that a lion does not necessarily lose its ability to hunt just because it is kept in a cage. She says Yuvraj will be her first target once the cage is freed. She then disclosed that she had documented every transgression he committed against Padma. Yuvraj and his companions enquire as to what it is. Anjali claims to have CCTV footage from his house on a pen drive, which he gives them. Before departing, she promises to use it to ruin him and his pals.
After returning home, Kamala Devi calls Anjali. Kamala criticises Anjali’s decision to abandon the case against Yuvraj. Anjali argues that Kamala’s remarks have damaged her. Kamala is disappointed that Anjali did not demonstrate that women and men are equal and accuses Anjali of betraying her. “I will never forgive Anjali or Sapna for this,” Kamala declares fiercely. Anjali considers how Sapna destroyed her career.
Kamala fights with Nandini, Nivedita, and Sadhika over how she treats Anjali. Sadhika reminds Kamala of the advantages of living in the house. Kamala responds that the home and property are in her name, and she only consumes what she has earned, not others. When Nandini notices this, she collects the items Gini asked for.
In the meantime, Yuvraj informs Bhajan that Anjali has the pen drive containing the CCTV footage from his house. Bhajan asks Raju if he erased the video and urges Yuvraj how Anjali may have gotten it. Raju acknowledges that he removed it but doesn’t know how Anjali obtained it. Bhajan phones her to find out if Anjali has the pen drive. In court, Anjali affirms that she does and makes threats to ruin Yuvraj.
Bhajan cautions that she may never make it to court, reminding her that, like her father, she has been “bought.” Bhajan sneers at her and ends the call. He suggests that Yuvraj do nothing, but in spite of Bhajan’s protests, Yuvraj is adamant about getting the pen drive back. Anjali affirms when Padma asks if Bhajan insulted her. She adds that Sapna compromised their honour to feel more comfortable.
Later, Gini remarks as she watches Abhay preparing to leave the house to look for Anjali. Abhay and Gini quarrel about it and use abrasive language.
