Nandini asks Nivedita and Radika to keep Ginni’s jewelry in a bank locker after Ginni steals the necklace from her locker, which she got for Kavya. Abhay opens Ginni’s cupboard, and Nivedita and Radika do so. When Ginni returns to her room and sees them holding her jewelry, she asks why her cupboard is open and where it is going.
Following Nandini’s order, Radhika says they will store jewelry in a bank locker. Ginni says this cannot be done. Nandini shows a thin chain from her parents and says she is a broke daughter, and her position is equal to Padma in this house, so she can’t dream of wearing their jewelry. Ginni claims she is her DIL and can wear that jewelry.
Then Nandini recalls how she stole Kavya’s necklace from her locker, wore it without her permission, and challenged the Rajput family not to give her anything. Abhay says no to Ginni’s question about his mother tricking him and marrying him. Ginni challenges Abhay to return the jewelry and even win his love.
Raghav’s assistant, Bhajan is adamant that Padma sign a document retracting her statement and dropping the case against Yuvraj. However, Padma declines, claiming she is unable to sign. Bhajan suggests using her thumbprint instead, but Padma refuses and attempts to flee. Just then, Raghav enters and scolds her for taking advantage of his hospitality and now turning against him. He warns her to place her thumbprint on the document or face consequences. According to him, the boys were simply intoxicated and made a minor mistake that she shouldn’t ruin their lives over.
Padma refuses even to him and describes how Yuvraj and his friends tried to molest her, threw her in a swimming pool, and chased her, and how Anjali saved her. Raghav pushes her away in anger. Nandini enters and holds her. She also tongue-laces her and is about to take her thumbprint on the document when Anjali calls Raghav and informs him that Yuvraj attacked her and she intends to file a murder complaint against him.
He says she is filing a false case against Yuvraj. Anjali then threatens to destroy his career with the evidence she recorded on her mobile. Raghav gets scared and spares Padma.
