After Manas makes the announcement for Shlok and Aadhya’s performance, the duo takes to the stage. Satvik, who is watching, applauds with enthusiasm. Curious about Jeevika’s whereabouts during the dance, Swara mentions how talkative she can be once she opens up. She then turns to Satvik and asks him what he admires about her sister. Satvik replies that she always speaks the truth and listens to his as well. Swara continues by sharing her own interests and pet peeves before revealing Jeevika’s dream of having a large family. This news causes Satvik some concern, to which Swara questions if he already knew about it. Just then, Aadhya appears and interrupts their conversation, beckoning Swara to decide on a mehendi design. Seeing Swara’s concerned expression, Satvik too becomes worried.
Pradeep expresses his happiness that the food is to your liking, although we didn’t have a chance to handle all the preparations. Narayan acknowledges that he won’t be able to repay this favor in his lifetime. Puzzled, Pradeep inquires about the debt. Narayan graciously explains that by choosing to have Jeevika marry into their family, Pradeep is doing them a tremendous kindness. Overcome with relief, Pradeep thanks him and his family. As he reaches for a piece of paper to take note of a call from Kulkarni, Narayan hands him Satvik’s letter instead. Pradeep hastily scribbles on the back without having read it yet.
Shlok and Swara argue. Satvik comes there and tells Swara he wants to know more about Jeevika. Swara asks what? Narayan shows something he brought for Satvik, and says I’ll tie it on your forehead. Satvik agreed to marry for you, but he’s sad and upset. Narayan says you’re right, I cannot upset him. Rajnandini asks if I will try once, but Narayan says no. He says he doesn’t want anything else, the marriage will happen.
Satvik inquires about the subject of Jeevika’s recent conversation. Swara reminds him that she had mentioned her dream, marriage, and children. She points out that he was unaware of Jeevika’s aspirations, despite their upcoming nuptials. Swara adds that Tai has a strong desire for a large family and envisions having six children. Rajnandini admires the forehead pearl jewelry while reflecting on her carefully planned wedding arrangements. She warns Satvik that there may be complaints after their marriage when it becomes known that Jeevika is unable to have children. Rajnandini explains that Tai’s longing for children stems from not having a childhood of her own and wanting to experience one through her future offspring. She also mentions how their parents used to work long hours and only had time for them at home, which led to Tai being neglected due to her older age.
Rajnandini expresses that it was their father’s wish to hear the cries of the baby, which will bring tears to the eyes of both family members and loved ones. Shlok wonders why older siblings are expected to make sacrifices. Satvik believes that the happiness of the family depends on them, hence they must make decisions for others. This is also Tai’s line of thinking. Rajnandini reveals that even Rane’s are unaware of Satvik’s love for Supriya. Swara mentions that Jeevika shares your perspective. However, Rajnandini points out that Satvik is unaware of Jeevika not knowing anything about him. Swara adds that Jeevika must have planned her future with you.
