Vanraj informs family that Anupama’s flight took off, finally, she went to Anupama. Leela says now that just a flight took off, she is worried about how they will cope without her. Kinjal says everyone has to deal with his or her own responsibilities. Dimpy gets Barkha’s message that Choti Anu ran calling for mummy and fell down. Kavya worries about Anuj who has to handle Choti Anu’s responsibility.
Choti Anu murmurs to call her mummy in sleep. Anuj says he will be both her mummy and papa. He imagines Anupama and says they both miss her and hope if she hadn’t chosen to pursue her dreams, all three of them would be together. They are one soul in two bodies, and he feels he has lost his life. Anupama stops him. He says Anupama taught him how to live, but not without her, so how could his daughter live without her?
In response to Anupama’s question, Anuj says that she shouldn’t return sacrificing her dream. He breaks down. The song Kaise Kahoon Bina Tere Zindagi Ye Kya Hogi plays in the background. As Anupama wipes his tears and comforts him, she makes him fall asleep on her lap.
Leela prays to God that Anupama went to America, that she will return soon, that her family will be happy, and that Hasmukh will return home soon as well. His daughter did a lot for his family, so he wants her to be happy forever. He says he wishes he could return yesterday and see off Anupama. The family is pleased with him and accepts his blessings.
Hasmukh receives sugar-free cream rolls from a delivery boy who says Anupama told him to give them tomorrow. Anupama has expressed her love for Hasmukh without a word, so they all need to handle themselves and let Anupama work peacefully, including Anuj and Choti Anu.
Anuj wakes up in the morning and says like Choti Anu needs her mum, even he needs Anupama; he wants her to help him take care of her. Ankush calls him and asks him to come down soon. As soon as Anuj arrives, he gets very happy to see Hasmukh. Hasmukh apologizes for not coming earlier and asks about Choti Anu. He admits he tried to handle her, but it didn’t work. After hugging him, Anu breaks down crying. Hasmukh comforts him and says everything will be fine.
She runs and hugs him, asking if she’s pressing her school uniform and preparing her lunch box. Hasmukh stands speechless when Choti Anu calls mummy. Kinjal tells him that their neighbor Sheela aunty sent them raw mangoes. Leela says she will ask Anupama to prepare it, since only she makes the best murabba. Kinjal reminds her that Anupama went to the United States.
She convinces Choti Anu to have food and feeds her. Kavya says her mummy has gone to the gurukul because she has an event there and she knows how strict Guru Maa is. Barkha says Kavya easily convinced Choti Anu to have food, whereas they called it couldn’t. As Choti Anu needs a motherly figure, she gets along well with Kavya, Vanraj asks Anuj if he can take her to Shah house for some time.
Even if Anuj stays without Choti Anu, Barkha says Choti Anu cannot stay without him. Ankush agrees. Hasmukh agrees. He believes Anuj should let Choti Anu stay at Shah house for a few weeks so that she can normalize with Pari and Meenu. When Anuj stops Choti Anu from going to the door, Shahs take her to the door. Hasmukh says even he can visit them often and not feel lonely.
