Anupama apologizes to the Judges and tells them that she will speak English. Since she is not fluent in English, Anuj asks the Judges if he could translate for her. The Judges allow Anuj to translate. Anupama discusses the dish Mohan Thaal, and Anuj translates it into English. Keith says he will not taste it.
Sally says, but we have to try it. Hitachi says I’ll taste it first. He tastes it. Sally and Keith also taste it. Although Sally likes the taste, there is no presentation. Hitachi says there’s no texture. Anupama says she made a mistake, as the texture comes from ghee, and she caused the sweet to fall. Keith says you cannot make your God’s favorite dish because of limited ingredients, your broken hand, etc. He asks her to take a step back and wait for the decision.
Toshu arrives home looking upset and expresses his exhaustion. Dimpy offers him a glass of water, which he drinks, and shares his unsuccessful interview experiences at four places. He mentions his qualifications and years of experience, but he is unsure of what the employers seek. Babu ji reminisces about Toshu’s determination as a child, encouraging him not to give up. This motivates Toshu, as Baa suggests, to return to India where he won’t have to pay high rent and they can support each other in the job search.
The Judges request each contestant to take turns stepping to the front and standing. They inform us that an orange light indicates safety, while a red light indicates they are in danger. Currently, Anupama and one other contestant are in the danger zone. Since two contestants are in the danger zone, Sally announces that no one will be eliminated this week. Hitachi reminds them that the next round will be a do-or-die situation for both of them while the remaining contestants are safe. Keith adds that this round will be particularly tough and demanding, as one of them will bid farewell.
When Anuj calls Hitachi Wang, his client wants him to meet him regarding a huge FMV event. In his introduction, he introduces himself as Mr. Anuj Kapadia. Hitachi says he saw you translating for the lady. Anuj says he saw the shoot and couldn’t resist helping her. Hitachi asks if you are related to her. Anuj says no.
He says he has some work to do so that they will meet another time. Anuj agrees. He looks for Anupama. Anupama walks along the road and berates herself for her failure. She says she did not eliminate it today. She asks herself to concentrate on the competition and nothing else.
Pari, Ansh, and Ishani reject Dimpy’s offer of chocolate. Pari inquires if they can all remain together. Baa expresses her desire to ask the same question and proposes staying together. Babu ji advises them to do what they feel is best. Toshu updates Babu ji that he has discussed with their father and decided to return to India with Kinjal and Pari. Baa suggests that he speak to Kinjal first and not make any decisions without her input. Subsequently, Toshu talks to Kinjal while Baa suggests taking Anupama along on their trip. However, Babu ji disagrees, stating that she should stay here and pursue her dreams.
According to Anuj, it was his mistake—he didn’t open the can properly. Anupama says it wasn’t your mistake but mine, and she doesn’t know how it fell from her hand. Anuj replies that it was my mistake. Anupama asks him to let her take responsibility for her actions.
Aarush tells Pakhi she wants to do business here to keep Adhik away from Ishani. He gives her wine. She does not drink. He says I love you a lot. He tries to touch her. When Pakhi says she needs to go home, Aarush asks her to return, saying no girl can refuse him. He says we will have fun.
Anupama apologizes to Anuj for whatever happened at Sangeet. He says it’s not your fault. He asks what she thinks because the spice and chutney shop is closed. He asks if you’ll drop me off. She refuses. Aarush asks Pakhi how he dares talk to her in this manner. He threatens and blackmails her that he will lie to Toshu and Vanraj that they are in the hotel room, saying only we know that nothing happened. He asks her to come with him.
After calling Toshu and Vanraj, Pakhi discovers they aren’t answering the phone. She calls Anupama and sees her call picked up. Pakhi tells Aarush about her location and asks him to let her go; she isn’t that kind of girl. She asks Anuj to take Pakhi to the Jersey restaurant and tells him Pakhi’s in trouble. In the car, Anuj and Anupama take each other’s phones and call Vanraj, but Vanraj’s phone is off. Anuj says we will find her first.
