Baa inquires about Anupama’s enemy being present in the house. Anupama gestures for her to observe the situation. Baa acknowledges that she has held a lot of grudges but today, she has done us a great favor. Anupama suggests discussing it later and tries to refresh her memory. She questions why she is giving her an unfamiliar look. Guru Maa rises from her seat and Babu ji expresses shock. She reveals that she had encountered her during Kavya’s accident but was occupied and lost track of her whereabouts. She explains how Nakul took everything away from her, leaving her in this state.
Anuj shares that she dropped Paakhi off earlier. Baa mentions how Paakhi used to get angry before, but now she feels sympathetic towards her. The inspector arrives and inquires if Anuj summoned him to speak about Romil. Romil pleads for forgiveness from Anuj, promising to apologize to Paakhi and refrain from going to jail. Toshu chimes in, suggesting that Romil be sent to a juvenile home. Romil falls down in despair. Paakhi rushes to his aid and asserts that he will not be going anywhere. Vanraj checks on Paakhi’s well-being and asks if she is aware of Romil’s actions. Paakhi confirms she knows and expresses her desire to withdraw the complaint. She admits it was all a misunderstanding, a poorly executed prank. The inspector requests Anuj’s presence at the police station for necessary procedures. Baa questions Paakhi’s state of mind, perhaps wondering if she is thinking clearly.
Vanraj, Samar, and Paakhi have differing opinions about Romil’s actions. While Vanraj believes that you are supporting a criminal, Samar believes that you will continue to defend him. On the other hand, Paakhi acknowledges that Romil’s prank may have caused harm but recognizes that he took care of her while she was with him. She believes in giving Romil a chance to improve himself as his prank was not intended to be a crime. She reminds Anupama of how they have been given multiple chances in the past and suggests that Romil deserves the same opportunity. In response, Romil expresses his remorse and apologizes for his mistake, acknowledging that the word “sorry” is not enough to make things right.
Paakhi acknowledges the situation. Romil affectionately refers to her as Paakhi di and embraces her, expressing his gratitude. Anupama agrees with Paakhi’s statement about giving second chances to their children, and adds that they should also extend this opportunity to Romil. She mentions that while forgiveness may not come easily for Romil, he must work towards earning it through his actions each day. Paakhi suggests putting aside all conflicts and celebrating the festival, adding that she wishes to tie rakhi to her father, brothers, and Romil or else her gifts will go unused. Anupama agrees with Paakhi’s sentiments. Samar and Toshu also join in the hug. Anupama reflects that things have improved for now, but there is still more to handle. She expresses her gratitude towards Kanha ji for bringing so much happiness on this auspicious day and for the best gift possible.
Paakhi goes around tying rakhi to everyone in the family, starting with babu ji and making sure he eats some sweets before moving on to Vanraj, who also hands her an envelope. She then moves on to Samar, Toshu, and Anuj before finally reaching Romil. He promises to be a good brother, to which Paakhi replies that she has no doubt about it and considers it the best gift. Anuj mentions how Paakhi is giving a second chance to both Romil and Adhik, but Anupama expresses her doubts about Adhik’s intentions. As Paakhi ties rakhi on Romil’s wrist, Anuj asks Anupama what they should do about Malti Devi. He suggests shifting her to a hospital or medical centre as he doesn’t trust her after what she did in Kapadia Mansion.
Vanraj, Babu ji, Samar and Toshu are saying their goodbyes as they leave. Paakhi embraces her brothers before they depart. However, Vanraj expresses his disagreement with Paakhi’s decision to forgive Adhik and Romil and become the bigger person. He clarifies that he is unhappy with the idea of their daughter staying under the same roof as them. Meanwhile, Romil admires the rakhi and feels lucky to have two sisters at once. He even kisses the rakhis in gratitude. When Choti Anu arrives and notices Romil’s tears, she asks him what’s wrong. He assures her that they are tears of joy and promises to protect both Paakhi and her just like he does with Samar and Toshu. In addition, he apologizes for his previous rudeness towards her and pulls her into a comforting hug.
Adhik shares with Barkha his joy at Paakhi’s return and reassures her that he no longer fears for her safety. Barkha reminds him to be careful, to which Adhik promises to avoid making any mistakes. Vanraj expresses regret that he cannot take Paakhi away, as fathers’ rights diminish after their daughters are married. He asks Anupama to look after Paakhi, to which she responds by saying that Anuj loves her like his own daughter and is supported by her mother. Anuj chimes in, assuring Vanraj that they are there for Paakhi’s well-being. Vanraj expresses gratitude for their support, prompting Anuj to humorously remind him not to become overly emotional. Anupama thanks Anuj for being the best friend of her kids, a wonderful husband, and for going above and beyond by searching for Paakhi despite forgetting his birthday. Vanraj assures Anuj that he too can guarantee his positive sentiments towards him.
After expressing his gratitude, Anuj watches Baa, Babu ji, Vanraj and the others drive away. Shortly after, he receives a call and notifies Anupama about an upcoming appointment with a neurologist for Guru maa. Upon arrival at the doctor’s office, they learn that she has been diagnosed with dissociative amnesia, which is a rare condition. Anuj inquires about potential treatment options, to which the doctor suggests frequent reminders to aid in her recovery. Anupama urges Anuj to reconsider keeping Guru maa at home, but he respectfully maintains that hospital or medical care may be safer for her.
She says, “I’ll try to make her better, otherwise I’ll feel burdened because I’m also responsible for her condition because I got the plane.” Anuj says, “If you want, I can’t refuse.” Anupama says she’ll go to the washroom and come back. She goes to the washroom. As Guru Maa drops the paper weight on the floor, Anuj keeps his hand on it to keep her foot from getting injured. Guru Maa calls him beta. She drops the paper weight.

Anuj and Anupama rush to Guru Maa. Guru Maa says I didn’t do anything. Anupama says it’s no problem if it’s broken. Guru Maa hugs Anuj and asks him to take his mother home.
