The episode opens with Anupama bringing medicine for Anuj, only to find him joyfully decorating Aadhya’s sketch with paper flowers and LED lights. Their hope for Aadhya’s return glows through their silent bond.
Meanwhile, Aadhya sits in her room, feeling lonely and sad, while elsewhere Meenu also struggles with restlessness. Vanraj consoles her and says he rusticated the boys who misbehaved but withdrew the police case due to their parents’ pleading. Meenu insists the punishment is enough and admits she feels uneasy without understanding why.
In contrast, Pakhi and Toshu feel ignored, watching Vanraj emotionally support Meenu. Pakhi even questions if they’re truly his children. Toshu mocks her for being outwitted during their earlier outing.
Elsewhere, Anupama calls Devika, revealing that Aadhya is in India and instructs her not to search in America anymore. Sagar overhears and secretly drops a note, hoping she’ll notice. Bala picks up the note before she can read it and hands it to Sagar, urging him to apologize to Meenu.
Meenu later questions Vanraj’s hatred for Anupama (her Mami), saying she doesn’t understand what went wrong. Vanraj deflects and urges her to focus on her future and not let him down like his other kids.
In a pivotal moment, Anupama hears people gathered around a woman lying in the garbage. Appalled at their indifference and obsession with filming, she checks the woman’s pulse and discovers it’s Indra. After reviving her, she scolds the crowd for their insensitivity and insists on taking Indra with her to Asha Bhavan, despite Indra’s reluctance. She reminds everyone that elders are a blessing, not a burden.
Back home, Bala tells Babu ji that he’s making a mirror for Indra. Babu ji is hopeful for her return. Sagar offers them tea, and Babu ji notices something’s off. Meenu sees Babu ji and happily hugs him, but hesitates due to Vanraj’s words. Babu ji jokes that his arrogant Baa is still in the house, and Meenu promises to visit him again.
He later confides in Bala, expressing his wish that Meenu marry an honest man, not just a rich one.
Meanwhile, Dimpy and Titu visit Ansh’s teacher, who complains about his behavior. She expresses concern that Ansh may be rusticated and says Dimpy has ignored her messages. Dimpy reacts rudely, accusing the teacher of greed and manipulation. She storms out, but Titu apologizes for her behavior.
In a heartbreaking scene, Anupama is refused help by auto drivers while trying to get Indra to safety. She finally borrows a cart and pulls Indra herself through the streets, showing her strength and compassion once again.
