Anupama 17th October 2024 Written Episode begins with Dolly talking to Meenu on the phone. Baa asks her who she is speaking with. Dolly replies casually that everyone calls her. Baa advises her to return to Sanjay Kumar. Dolly becomes emotional and says her daughter never calls her but speaks to her Bhabhi every week. She explains how painful it feels to ask about her daughter’s well-being from others. Baa consoles her and says she is always with her. Dolly expresses that even though Baa still cries for her son, she is always ignored. She says her poor health prevents her from working and she spends her time watching her phone. Baa once again urges her to end her fight with Sanjay Kumar. Dolly refuses and walks away. Anupama overhears the conversation. Baa tells Anupama that she worries who will take care of Dolly if something happens to her and Babu ji. Anupama reassures her that she is there and will take responsibility. Baa questions whether Anupama will really find what she has lost. Anupama insists she must try and leaves. Babu ji overhears Baa and calls her selfish for expecting Anupama to take care of Dolly but refusing to let Anupama meet her own daughter. Baa replies that despite their differences, they are family.

Elsewhere, Prem’s friends tease him for sounding old-fashioned. They say Aadhya was right when she called him a man from the 70s. Prem responds that he is in Dwarka to discover the aim of his life, not to follow a girl. When he closes his eyes, he sees Aadhya and wonders why he is thinking of her instead of focusing on his purpose. A boy named Sattu approaches, greeting them with Jai Dwarkadeesh, and offers them a place to stay. Prem and his friends agree. Aadhya sees them leaving in an auto and runs after them, shouting for them to stop, but they do not hear her. She tells her friend that the hero has gone and wonders about the money she found.

Anupama, meanwhile, prepares to make a mannat in Dwarka. She imagines Anuj standing before her and recalls how he may have gone far away, yet his presence lives within her. She feels his love in every heartbeat and breath. Music plays as she smiles at the memory. Suddenly, she sees Mahi and asks when she arrived. Mahi tells her she cannot go to Dwarkadeesh in her current state. Anupama hugs her and says Kanha ji gave her another daughter before she lost Choti. She reminds Mahi to focus on her studies as exams are near. Soon, Pari and Ansh join them and ask Anupama to bring prasad. As she agrees, the lights go out. Pari says maybe it is a sign of new light coming, and Anupama thinks of Aadhya.

At the Ashram, Aadhya checks the accounts and realises that the place is already mortgaged. She advises cost-cutting to manage finances. Vyas asks her why she is doing so much for them. Aadhya replies that the Ashram children are her family. Later, when the children cannot sleep, she sings them a lullaby. At the same time, Anupama also sings a lullaby for Mahi, Pari, and Ansh. Vyas asks Aadhya where she learned the song, and she says from her mother, though she adds that her mother is dead to her. Anupama, on the other hand, says that hope of meeting her daughter is what keeps her alive. Aadhya wishes never to meet her mother.

The next day, Anupama prepares to leave with Ansh. She gives instructions to Toshu to handle accounts and not compromise on food quality. Toshu assures her. Anupama asks Mahi and others to eat the burgers she has made, though Ansh teases that one is not for Pari. Anupama reminds them not to trouble Baa and Babu ji. Before she leaves, Babu ji gives her curd and sugar as a blessing. Ansh also asks for it. Baa taunts Anupama, saying maybe now she believes that her daughter is no more. Anupama replies firmly, asking her to think before speaking, as she still waits for her son but dismisses her daughter. With tears in her eyes, Anupama prays and recalls her moments with Aadhya before leaving.

Meanwhile, Aadhya rushes to her destination but her slipper breaks. She says she will fix it with nails, but Prem arrives, picks up the slipper, and repairs it for her. When she accuses him of stealing her slipper, he calmly makes her wear it back. He admits he once had hydrophobia but still manages to bathe and drink water. Aadhya gives him the pouch of mannat money. Prem says this money is sacred, representing a mother’s prayer for her child. Aadhya cynically replies that not all mothers are good. Prem disagrees, saying all mothers are good, though sometimes misunderstood. The pouch slips and the money falls on Aadhya. Prem asks her to buy a peacock feather and place it in the temple. Anupama holds onto hope, while Aadhya heads to the temple with the feather. Prem notices a girl crying in Dwarka and her mother embracing her. He reflects that in Dwarka, people reunite.

Precap: Aadhya feels upset as her clothes and bag are drenched. She wonders how she will find the lady she is supposed to meet. She bumps into Prem, and his phone falls into the water. He asks her to retrieve it. At the same time, Anupama and Ansh step off the bus, waiting for Vyas to send someone to receive them.
