Anupama encourages Paakhi to see herself as both Devaki maa for her three children and Yashoda maa for her Bebli Choti Anu/Little Anu, because it means she has the potential to become someone’s Yashoda maa. According to Anuj, this would bring happiness not only into Paakhi’s life but also Adhik’s, just like how he brought joy into his adopted parents’ lives. Ankush adds that he raised Adhik as his own son and even Sarah sees him as a brother rather than an uncle, showing that relationships can be molded in any way they desire. Ultimately, Anupama reminds Paakhi that she has the power to bring happiness into her own life right now.
The reason Paakhi wants her own child, rather than an adopted one, is that Anupama already had three children when she adopted Little Anu. Own blood always comes first, and Barkha had another baby while Adhik was there. Her explanation to Anuj is that he adopted Little Anu because he was also adopted, but he and Malti Devi have a blood relationship so he let her stay in his house despite so many complaints. A relationship of heart cannot overshadow a relationship of blood.
Paakhi expresses her desire to love another child as her own, but also states her longing to experience the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy. Overwhelmed with emotion, she retreats to her room in tears. Adhik follows behind her, showing his support. Barkha advises against dwelling on something that is unattainable. Meanwhile, Anupama prays for Paakhi to either become a mother like Devaki or have the strength of Yashoda. Later, Anupama joins the Shah and Kapadia family in performing the navratri pooja. Despite their sadness following Samar’s passing, Anupama acknowledges that celebrating navratri was a tradition that brought joy to Samar’s life. She believes he is now watching over them and wants them to continue living their lives with happiness and fond memories.
A mother of Laksh walks in with him. Anupama greets them and informs Vanraj and others that Samar has Samar’s eyes. Vanraj smiles at Laksh. Leela thinks Vanraj is silent now and might burst at any moment. On the Nagare Sang Dhol Baaje… song, Anupama dances with Paakhi and Kinjal. The entire family joins them. Dimpy imagines Samar comforting her and asking her to dance. Toshu also imagines Samar dancing with him. Each family member imagines Samar dancing with them. Anuj gets the inspector’s call, so he walks aside.
The inspector informs him that he has some bad news. Shreyas and his lawyer will show this video and try to prove that Vanraj is mentally imbalanced, as someone made the fight video of Vanraj and Shreya viral. According to Anuj, Vanraj’s evidence will be meaningless and only his evidence matters. Inspector says Shreya will try to secure Sonu’s bail using his video.
Anuj sees Anu listening intently as he assures her that things will work out. Anupama believes the boy may not be punished by the law, but Devimaa will take care of him during Navratri. Anuj tries to offer comfort, but she declines his gesture. Malti Devi overhears and worries about the increased pressure on Anuj and his safety. She observes that Anupama’s main concern is only for the Shah family and her children and she must find a way to protect her son. Anupama decides to arrange for more security for Anuj. Vanraj asks Anuj if they can speak with his friend’s lawyer.
He thinks Vanraj doesn’t know that he’s out of this case now, so Anuj tells him not to worry. Leela brings milk for Kavya and asks if she slept well. As Kavya says, her hand was tied to Vanraj’s, but she managed to sleep. Leela says they have to take care of her in this condition, but she is also taking care of Vanraj. As family, Kavya says it’s okay.
Next morning, Anuj prepares breakfast for himself. Malti Devi walks up to him and asks if she can help. He says he will. She asks where Anupama is. He says he doesn’t want to disturb Anupama since she is already disturbed. Malti Devi believes Anuj’s life doesn’t matter to Anupama, but she has to protect her son somehow. Toshu and Kinjal hurriedly leave the Shah house to go to the visa embassy, but Leela volunteered to care for Pari until they returned.
Leela refuses and tongue lashing them for not supporting Vanraj in need. They hurriedly leave and papers fall down from their file. Kavya notices visa papers and wonders why they are going to the embassy. When the family hears the news about Vanraj attacking Shreyas, the reporter reports that Vanraj is mentally imbalanced and his evidence will not matter in this case anymore and Sonu may get bail. Vanraj panics and breaks things.
Anuj and Anupama bump each other and stand nervous. A romantic song plays in the background. Anupama asks if Little Anu has already gone to school. Anuj says Malti Devi dropped her off at school. Anupama says it’s good to bond with a granddaughter. Anuj says he has a business meeting. Anupama warns him not to go alone as his life is in danger. Anuj says he knows and will handle it.

Anupama asks Devika how she can help her. Devika decides to get justice for Samar by any means she chooses. Anupama says she can force people to admit that Sonu shot Samar intentionally rather than in self-defense. Vanraj rushes towards his parents when he sees a gun shoot them.
