They both look at each other with tears in their eyes. Anuj thinks of poetry and cries. Anupama also cries. They feign smiles on each other’s faces. He takes out a rose and says, Happy Birthday, Anu. Anupama says Anupama. He calls Anupama Ms. Anupama Joshi. She thanks him and refers to him as Kapadia Sir. He asks her to promise happiness and achieve all her dreams. Anupama nods her head in agreement with Anuj.
Vanraj watches as Anuj prepares to leave. He signals that he will be heading out, and she responds with a sign to smile. As Anuj walks away, he glances back at Anupama before disappearing from view. The familiar song “Hamari Adhuri Kahani” plays in the background as they exchange one last smile and wave goodbye. Anupama muses that while glass, hope, and heart may never break, even broken things can still add beauty to a home. She acknowledges that sometimes stories don’t end how we want them to, but whether we laugh or cry when they do end is up to us. And even though Anuj’s story has ended today, she reminds herself that she was lucky enough to have been a part of it. Wiping away her tears, she gently places a rose on her cheek and tells herself to keep smiling.
Anupama enters. Vanraj says, “Oh my gosh…I heard Anupama Jiayanti was great.” He says you’ll have this flower when you have puja flower. She says a.b.c.d.e.f…and I didn’t hear what you said. She says she doesn’t want your taunts, sympathy, etc. He says I will bring Anuj Kapadia for you if you feel bad. Anupama asks him to get his runaway son. He asks her to stop threatening him in his name, Toshu.
Anupama asks if Samar’s Ansh, Pakhi’s Ishani, and Kavya’s Mahi will be coming tomorrow. Baa tells everyone not to argue and says everyone is coming tomorrow. She gets happy and says she’s going to meet her Babu Ji tomorrow. Baa says she will ask Anupama to stay for the kids if she leaves and asks Vanraj not to taunt her in front of Babu Ji.
Anuj returns home. Aadhya hugs him and thanks Anuj. She says we will become a family now. She thinks I’ll go to my room. She tells them to chill. She says I love you both. Anuj, thank you. Shruti says sorry. Anuj says let me say and says whatever happened in the restaurant was abrupt. He said then I thought to go and meet Anu, and I went and told her how much you mean to Aadhya and me.
When Shruti heard about Anupama’s birthday, she felt insecure, but it wasn’t jealousy. She regrets hurting Anupama. Anuj says he feels you’re just as happy with this marriage as I was. Anuj says you’re the best mother for Aadhya and my friend. He leaves. Shruti thinks she trusts her love and says she will one day be more than Aadhya’s mother to her.
She says she is happy to meet Ansh. Pari says she will make cards for everyone. Kinjal asks what to tell about Toshu. Anupama says Mr. Shah has spoiled him since he was a child.
Vanraj asks Toshu to return. Toshu asks how Kinjal can take my daughter away. Vanraj says I’ll speak to Anuj and ask him to take back the case. Toshu says Mummy won’t agree even if Anuj agrees. Vanraj says your mother wants to become great even if she shoots you. Toshu asks him to do something and ends the call.
Baa, Kinjal, Pari, Vanraj, and Anupama welcome everyone. Anupama asks Kinjal to tie the toran for her. She then opens the door and hangs it herself. When Babu ji stands, she gets emotional. She hugs Babu Ji and cries. Babu Ji says, “You forgot me.” Anupama says I can forget myself, but not my father and she has never forgotten about you. But you did not call.
Anupama apologizes and invites him inside, requesting Kinjal bring the aarti plate. As Babu ji receives the ceremonial offering, he questions whether Anupama needs to eat more. Concerned, she points out his white nail and attributes it to a lack of calcium intake. He laughs it off, mentioning that he consumes plenty of milk and curd. Jokingly, he accuses her of scolding him, then reveals how much he missed her. In response, Anupama echoes the sentiment and conveys that she misses him immensely. Babu Ji insists that no one missed each other as much as he did. Vanraj joins in and suggests that Babu Ji spends some time with them now that his visit with his daughter is over.
Vanraj greets Babu Ji. Babu Ji tells Baa that it’s hard to leave her. Pari greets Babu ji too. Vanraj asks where others are. Babu Ji says Pakhi and I came in one taxi with the stuff, and they are coming in another. He asks about Toshu. Vanraj makes an excuse. When Pakhi brings the luggage inside, Anupama asks, “How are you?” Pakhi replies, “I am fine. How about you?” Anupama says she is fine as well. Pakhi hugs Kinjal.

Since Yashdeep took a loan, Beeji says we must close the restaurant. Anupama suggests a holy special event. Kinjal threatens to return to India if Toshu doesn’t return. Anupama asks Vanraj to call Toshu back. Vanraj asks if she will ask Anuj to withdraw the case.
