Upon arriving home, Anupama warmly embraces Anuj. Concerned, he inquires about her day. She reassures him that everything is fine. Meanwhile, Malti Devi watches the exchange between them. Later, Tapish visits Babu Ji’s residence and greets him respectfully as a senior citizen. Babu ji playfully insists that he is not old. Touchingly, Tapish massages his feet to relieve his pain. Impressed by his kind gesture, Babu Ji offers him a job and hands him 1 Rs as a token of appreciation. In gratitude, Tapish bows and touches his feet. Just then, Dimpy appears and asks why he is there. He explains that he has come to collect the academy keys. However, Dimpy informs him that the academy will temporarily close while Baa recovers from her illness. She also assures Babu ji that she cannot disclose her reason for falling ill.
Anupama addresses Baa, reminding her to take her medicine and remember small details. Anuj enters the room and wants to visit Baa and Babu Ji before heading to the office. Upon seeing Anuj, Anupama requests him to give the bag to Baa. Anuj admires her courage in handling their recent situation and mentions how scared they were of losing each other. Anupama adds that they held each other’s hands during those tough times. She then instructs him to give Baa the dry fruit powder mixed with milk and ensure everyone else drinks it. Anuj agrees and leaves to fulfill her request.
During a conversation with Malti Devi, Barkha informs her that the dry fruit boxes are going to Shah house, and Anuj will pick them up. She tells her that Anupama ran the house and that she had sent something else. Kavya asks Dimpy to take a break and let Tapish handle the academy. Dimpy says then he’ll ask for more money. Dimpy gives him the keys and goes inside. Tapish leaves. Dimpy says he’s sensible enough to understand the situation. Dimpy gives him the keys and goes inside.
Anupama and Ankush are hard at work when Barkha approaches them. She accuses Anupama of trying to control her husband as he will flee with their money. Malti Devi chimes in, saying that Barkha has come with the same motive. Just then, Anuj arrives home. Anupama asks about Baa and Babu Ji’s medication. Anuj praises her for caring for them and Choti but warns her that constantly moving around will take a toll on her health. He then reveals his decision to end her dilemma by bringing Baa and Babu Ji back home. The driver stands nearby with their belongings, ready to take them back. With Baa and Babu ji around, Anuj assures Anupama that she won’t have to worry about anything anymore.
Anupama gets happy. Anuj asks Babu ji and Baa to sit and says they weren’t agreeing, and I gave her your promise, so they agreed. You did the right thing, Anupama says. Baa says whatever she did last time … Anuj says we have moved on and forgotten everything. Barkha thinks that my husband is suffering from goodness attacks. Ankush feels that she must be cursing me. Babu ji asks Anupama to make Anuj understand and says they can’t remain here.
Anuj says elders are blessings, with whom the house sparkles; there are three elders now to manage the house. Romil asks him to teach chess. Babu Ji says sure. Malti Devi asks Anuj to take them to the guest room and tells them she will send them soup. Barkha asks for soup. In contrast to what I expected from Anupama, Anuj has done this. Dimpy and Kavya will be arriving soon, along with Vanraj, Barkha says.
It is the best day of her life that Dimpy reminisces about the best days of her life. Kavya asks her to go to Anupama’s house for a few days. Dimpy says we are family, and I won’t leave you. She asks her to focus on her health and academics. She asks if Tapish helped the dance academy. Dimpy says he is a good dancer, and we got new admissions because of him, but I did not compliment him.
Kavya states that Baa did not object to our friendship with Vanraj but caused a scene in which Anupama and Anuj became friends. She believes it is society’s narrow-mindedness and not her views. Dimpy empathizes with Baa’s worries. Kavya then inquires if she likes Anuj. Meanwhile, in the room, Anupama assures them that she will be there whenever they need her. Ankush presents Baa and Babu ji with an electronic bell, explaining that they can call for assistance by ringing it. Anuj adds that someone will attend to their needs upon hearing the bell. Baa and Babu ji are overwhelmed and grateful to have a son-in-law like him.
Anuj confidently declares that no one can compare him to Baa and Babu Ji, who are completely different individuals. Baa admires Anuj, to which he humbly responds by acknowledging her uniqueness. She compliments him, admitting she wouldn’t have let him go if he wasn’t a good person. Anuj humorously predicts Baa will face her daughter’s wrath before asking Anupama to take care of them as he leaves with her. Babu ji informs Baa that they will depart once she has fully recovered. Baa mentions Malti Devi isn’t fond of their presence, but Dimpy states that it is only due to her dislike of Babu ji. Kavya explains that sometimes, we all need a friend. Dimpy jokes about throwing something out at the goons teasing her earlier. When Kavya goes inside the house, Dimpy quickly closes the gate and peeks outside through the window as she watches the goons from a safe distance.
