The men are all dancing and following the game rules. Anupama expresses her gratitude to God and thanks Kanha ji for revealing the big secret- that Guru Maa’s son is actually Anuj, her husband. She admits that the truth was right in front of her, but she failed to see it. She remembers the warden telling her about Anuj being the son of Malti Devi, and how she couldn’t believe it at first. The warden assures her that there is no room for misunderstanding as Malti Devi herself handed over the baby to Anupama before pursuing a career in dance and never returning to see him. It was when Anuj turned 8 years old that Mr. and Mrs. Kapadia adopted him from the orphanage.
According to the woman, Malti Devi did not visit him. She adds that she had been raising him for 8 years and is confident in her identification. The woman usually keeps confidential matters to herself, but she shares this with Anupama because she is Anuj’s wife. Anupama asks for proof, and the warden provides her with his real birth certificate and donation receipts from Malti Devi. The woman mentions that although Malti Devi sent donations, she never inquired about her son. The flashback ends. Anupama reflects on how God arranged for Anuj to meet her and touch her feet as a blessing before saving her from Romil’s prank and Guru Maa bringing Paakhi home.
When Malti Devi looks at Anuj, he becomes stressed. She recalls the instances and tells me that I could not go to America due to Choti, which will allow me to unite Anuj and his mother. She promises to make Anuj and his mother unite. On the cloth, Malti Devi embroiders an initial with flowers. Vanraj sees Anuj upset.
As Barkha asks Dimpy if everything is going well, Dimpy says everyone is okay one moment and then pull each other’s hair the next, there is a circus. Vanraj questions this and Anuj admits it may be possible. However, Vanraj clarifies that it is either hate or not, to which Anuj acknowledges the strong word but also explains his confusion. Vanraj suggests they not dwell on these thoughts on his birthday. Anuj agrees and checks if Vanraj is doing okay. Vanraj responds that he is trying to be okay. They both note that Anu has not arrived yet and express concern over it.
Anupama rides in the car and expresses her gratitude to Kanha ji. She eagerly desires to share a secret with Anuj and cannot contain her excitement. Paakhi notifies that their mother has messaged their arrival and urges Romil to play some music. Anuj suggests waiting, but Paakhi insists they do not have to limit their dancing to just one song. Anuj agrees and wonders why he feels so anxious, calling out for Anu to hurry up. Anupama assures him she is coming with a surprise that will change his life forever, reuniting him with his missing mother. The group dances joyfully as Kinjal, Toshu, Adhik, Paakhi, Baa, Babu ji, Vanraj and others join in. As Anupama makes her entrance, Anuj catches sight of her walking towards them hand in hand with Malti Devi. Romil halts the music as everyone gazes at the cloth embroidered with an A and Malti Devi’s initials.
When I arrived, everyone was dancing, so I went inside to get Guru Maa. Anuj questions me, wondering why I brought her here even though he knows how I feel about her presence. He expresses his disappointment, saying he didn’t expect this from me. But I explain that a son’s birthday is incomplete without his mother’s blessings. The others – Anuj, Malti Devi, and the rest – are taken aback and share shocked glances. Romil apologizes for accidentally setting off the party poppers. Anuj then asks me if Guru Maa is my mother.
My reaction when I learned about it was shocking, and I understand what you are going through, says Anupama. She says we got to know this way through Kanha ji’s leela. Babu ji asks how did you find out? She says I was searching for Malti Devi’s son and tells about Warden’s words. She shows Guru Maa’s son photo and says it’s Anuj’s pic. Malti Devi smiles and becomes emotional when she sees his childhood photograph.
