Beeji asks Anupama whether she has prepared Aloo paratha or Aloo tajmahal. Anupama confirms it is Aloo Paratha. Beeji encourages her to consume it instead of simply observing it. Anupama expresses her lack of desire for the dish. Beeji insists on feeding it to her and takes charge, ensuring she finishes it. Yashdeep enters the room, and Anupama quickly stands up. Yashdeep kindly asks her to remain seated, reminding her she is a guest in their home. He then points out how Beeji never feeds him by hand, emphasizing that she should also eat independently without needing to be fed by someone else. Anupama becomes emotional and expresses gratitude towards Beeji for being the first person to take on the role of a mother figure for her, as she feeds her with love and care. Moved by this exchange, Beeji proudly declares that she is indeed like a mother to Anupama.
Despite Dimpy’s best efforts to feed Ansh, he insists on having a burger. After suggesting that Ansh observe how Mahi enjoys her home-cooked meal, she reminds him that palak is iron-rich and nutritious. However, Ansh remains fixed on his desire for a burger. Baa intervenes, pointing out Ansh’s tendency to make things dramatic and urging him to eat the palak instead. Yet, Ansh refuses and glares at Mahi. Vanraj jumps in, offering to give Ansh chocolate if he finishes his food first. This persuades Ansh, who happily agrees but insists that Mahi not receive any chocolate from Vanraj. Sadly, Vanraj explains that he only has enough chocolate for one person. This leaves Mahi feeling downcast, but Kavya steps in to lift her spirits.
Vikram calls Yashdeep and says he will go with Beeji. Anupama says she will come along, as there will be a lot of work to do, and it will need to be cleaned. He orders her to stay back and tells her that insurance work must be done.
Anupama serves food to Beeji and shares that you still need to eat. Beeji becomes emotional, saying it’s been a while since someone has served her a meal. She mentions Yashpal not eating until she serves him and Yashdeep not needing utensils due to past trauma. She then turns to Anupama, commenting on her young age and large family, yet being alone. She reflects on how life always teaches us something. Anupama agrees, noting the lessons she’s learned in America. Beeji advises her to appreciate herself and take care of her well-being before others. Right then, Kinjal interrupts by calling for Anupama’s attention.
Baa tells Vanraj that Ansh is not to be scolded. In response, Baa says that Ansh has become mischievous. Vanraj tells him to keep Ansh away from that girl in front of outsiders. Dimpy is asked to keep Ansh away from her. Kavya says Mahi, her name is Mahi. Vanraj asks when her daughter will be leaving. Baa says she is unwell when she is well. Vanraj says Titu will go today, followed by Kavya’s daughter. He says this is a house, not an orphanage.
Beeji instructs them to leave while she departs. Kinjal recounts rushing to the scene upon learning of the fire. Anupama reveals her fear of being consumed by the flames during her agni pariksha, but Kinjal urges her not to say such things. Anupama expresses gratitude towards Yashdeep sir for saving her. Kinjal recalls Babu Ji’s belief that teachers often test their favourite students to enhance their abilities. Anupama explains that she does not wish to be favoured in such a manner. Kinjal inquires about her living arrangements, to which Anupama replies that she does not want to take advantage of their kindness and will go wherever Kanha ji leads her. She recollects a terrifying experience from when she first arrived in America.
Anuj asks Shruti how masala tea is. Shruti says it is very nice. Shruti says don’t drink it, I’ll make coffee. Anuj says he couldn’t hide her name and took it while unconscious. He says I couldn’t act. Shruti asks if you’re acting now. We must all be good actors to run our lives like you are. You are hurt, and you are acting like you are okay.
Anupama says she misses Anuj and Choti Anu and has left the house to satisfy their happiness. Kinjal asks her to come home. Anupama recalls Toshu’s behaviour.
Shruti reminds Anuj that they have grown past their teenage years and should not be afraid to express their feelings. She recalls how she fell for him when they met four years ago. Despite hoping her love would be reciprocated, she understands that one-sided love is not enough. Shruti knows Anuj’s long-standing love for Anupama and knows it’s not easy for him to forget her. She wants to handle the situation maturely and encourages him to confide in her if he needs someone to talk to. Shruti suggests he takes time to come to terms with his past relationship and find closure before moving forward with their present and possibly into a future together. She assured him she would wait patiently and help Aadhya understand the situation. This conversation causes Anuj to feel anxious and troubled.
Because it is Toshu’s house, Anupama refuses to go. Kinjal asks her to agree. Anupama replies that he hasn’t seen her in five years and doesn’t want me to be there. Kinjal asks her to come home and asks if she doesn’t want to stay with her son and granddaughter. Anupama tears up.

Last night, Anuj and Shruti were informed that the restaurant caught fire. Anupama asks where the workers and employees are. Yashdeep talked to someone and told Anupama that we were going to have a booth at the event, but we decided not to. Aadhya hears that Spice and Chutney will participate in the event. Anuj tells Aadhya that he will meet Joshi Ben now. She is shocked.
