The Episode begins with Titu explaining to Kinjal that despite his efforts in New York, he couldn’t gather any information. Kinjal adds that she also tried her best, but Shruti quit her job, changed her number, and deactivated her social media accounts five months ago. Titu mentions that Aadhya’s last post was six months ago as well. Kinjal agrees and states that they’ve had no luck finding Aadhya through social media. Titu then suggests calling Yashdeep for help, to which Kinjal agrees.
Vanraj arrives and informs them that Anupama is capable of handling her own issues, requesting them to refrain from getting involved. He reminds them that it was not him who told them about Anupama’s situation; they chose to visit her on their own. He warns them not to push his limits and advises Titu to prioritize his own family instead of outsiders, reminding him of his claims to be a good father and husband.
Titu claims that I am a responsible husband and father, which is why he believes you make constant efforts to keep Dimpy and Ansh away from me. It seems you fear that they will choose to live with me. This angers Vanraj, who sternly tells Titu to stop talking nonsense. Titu insists that Dimpy has changed since getting married because she doesn’t want to go against you since you provide her with money. Vanraj retorts by pointing out that Titu himself has not proven to be a good husband or father, and questions why he is accusing him. He demands that Titu leave the house, leaving behind Dimpy and Ansh, and suggests that he should stay at the Ashram with Babu ji and Anupama instead. Vanraj concludes by saying he will lock the door upon his departure.
Bala startles Sagar to inform him that Anu is nowhere to be found. Sagar suggests informing Babu ji, but Indra disagrees and reveals that he was too overwhelmed to wait until morning and left during the night. Indra fears what he will tell Babu ji if questioned. Bala reminds them that the door is unlocked, indicating she may have stepped out. They leave the Ashram and spot Anupama bringing Anuj in a cart. Anupama summons Sagar and Bala for assistance, and they rush over to bring Anuj inside.
“Kinjal implores both Vanraj and Titu to cease their brawl, expressing her concern for the deteriorating state of their household. She reminds Vanraj that while Titu faithfully fulfills his duties as a son, Toshu neglects them. Kinjal suggests that they refrain from assisting Mummy according to Vanraj’s wishes. However, he remains resolute in his decision. Titu confides in Kinjal about his desire to leave home but cannot do so due to his love for Dimpy and Ansh. He reassures her that he will continue to support Mummy and plans to call Yashdeep for assistance. Kinjal agrees with him.”
Upon examining Anuj, the doctor delivers disheartening news about his deteriorating physical and mental state. It is revealed that he has not rested or received proper nutrition in several months. Concerned for her husband’s well-being, Anupama is advised to rest while Indra vows to take care of Anuj. However, Anupama insists on staying by his side. Bala instructs Sagar to inform the Sadhus about Anuj’s condition, to which he agrees. Just then, Kinjal arrives and asks if she should call their father.
Anupama firmly refuses and states that she cannot bear to see Anuj in his current state. She urges the others to give them some privacy, and they all exit. Anupama then questions Anuj about how he managed to live six months’ worth of life in such a short time. She reminds him of his quest for Kanha ji but points out that love has now taken over. As she looks after him, she finds their Radha Krishna locket and promises herself that this time they will not be torn apart; she will not allow it to happen.
The following morning, Anupama requests that Anuj get up. Eventually, he rises and takes a seat. She believes it would be inappropriate to face him directly. As she walks behind him, her bangle gets caught on his shawl. Meanwhile, Kinjal approaches Baa and inquires if she is reading the love letter. Baa glances at her and Kinjal adds that she had given it to her. Baa then questions why Kinjal went to meet Anupama despite Vanraj’s objection.
Kinjal informs that both Anuj and Mummy are not well. Baa sympathizes with Anuj’s situation and expresses her disappointment towards Babu ji for not informing her about his trip to Rajkot. She mentions that she could have gone along with him if she had known. Kinjal suggests that Baa can still go if she wants, and offers to help by calling Babu ji for the address and booking a cab. However, Baa declines the offer and Kinjal playfully teases her. Baa then requests Kinjal not to mention this to Vanraj.
Anupama signals for Coffee to approach. Anuj gives Coffee some food. Bala inquires about Anuj’s well-being, prompting him to glance at him. Bala mentions that Sadhu Baba will be visiting and offers a place for Anuj to stay. Meanwhile, Asha’s crying catches Anuj’s attention and he signals to hold the baby. Anupama then asks Nandita for the baby, which Anuj takes and becomes emotional, calling her Aadhya. As Anupama approaches him, she asks about Aadhya’s whereabouts.
Baa happily informs Kinjal that she has prepared a delicious cake for Meenu. Kinjal expresses her joy and predicts that Meenu will rejoice upon her return from studying in Russia to become a doctor. Baa excitedly declares that they can now receive medical care from Meenu. Pakhi then updates Toshu on Meenu’s plan to practice in India after her studies, to which Dimpy adds that she could have gone to the US instead. Pakhi reasons that Dolly Bua is already living there, but questions why Meenu wants to stay in India.
Vanraj informs everyone that he had a conversation with Dolly about Meenu staying here. Pakhi questions why Meenu should stay here when she has her own house. Kinjal adds that Meenu and Mummy were close when they were young. Baa points out that Anupama has raised and cared for Meenu like a mother, rather than Dolly who is her aunt. This angers Vanraj, who tells them to stop praising Anupama and instructs Baa to tell Meenu not to talk to Anupama.
Anupama is preparing kheer when Nandita joins her and inquires about the dish. Anupama responds that it’s for Anuj, to which Nandita mentions how Babu ji had mentioned him. She then muses about how such romantic love stories only exist in movies and wishes for their eternal union through divine intervention.

Anupama inquires of Anuj why he appears distressed and wonders where Aadhya is. Anuj informs her that Aadhya has gone far away, to be with God. Anupama exclaims in disbelief. However, Anuj explains that Ankush Bhaiyya was the one to inform him. Though Anupama insists that neither Ankush nor Barkha’s words hold any weight, as a mother, she knows deep down that Aadhya is safe. To this, Anuj urges her to keep her distance.
