Anupama 24th October 2024 Written Episode Update begins with Anupama remembering Toshu’s words about not being generous, reminding her that their big order has already been returned. Before she can respond, Aadhya interrupts, saying she does not want any lectures. She insists that she is not agreeing to the relationship as a daughter but only asking for help because fate has forced her. Aadhya makes it clear that if she goes to Ahmedabad, it will be Rahi who goes, not Anupama’s daughter.
Elsewhere, Kinjal checks Dolly’s blood pressure and questions if guilt over Aadhya’s truth is making her condition worse. She directly asks if Dolly was responsible for the incident years ago. Dolly becomes hysterical and denies it. Baa and Pakhi arrive and scold Kinjal for accusing Dolly in such a condition. Kinjal silently wonders if Aadhya’s return will bring out the truth about why she ran away in the past.
At home, Jigar warns Pakhi that rent must be paid or they will have to vacate. Anupama considers giving her lifelong savings, but her inner voice stops her. She reflects that she has stood by everyone, yet no one has stood by her. Still, she convinces herself that no sacrifice is bigger than her daughter. She writes a cheque of 10 lakhs and hands it to Gagwani in front of Aadhya, Prem, Ansh, and the children. Ansh worries she is giving away all their emergency funds. Anupama tells Gagwani not to trouble Vyas or the children again.
Aadhya then confronts Gagwani, giving him one rupee and kicking his leg, saying this is repayment for his misbehavior. Gagwani mocks her, calling her a thief who steals from charity boxes. Aadhya fiercely replies that it is between her and Kanha ji, and he has no right to interfere. Angrily, Gagwani declares that wherever she goes, destruction will follow. Aadhya warns him to leave or she will burn his Lanka.
Meanwhile, Toshu schemes to sell food parcels before Anupama returns, fearing her reaction. Prem consoles Anupama, who admits she feels bad for giving away her savings but insists she had to do it to keep the children safe and to win back her daughter. Prem encourages her, saying at least she is now going home with Aadhya.
At the Shah house, Mahi decorates with balloons and prepares a cake to welcome Aadhya. Baa dismisses the effort, calling Aadhya a troublemaker. Kinjal scolds Pari for tasting the cake, while Toshu tries to calm her. Soon Ishani returns home, which surprises everyone. Mahi and Pari happily welcome her, but Ishani feels neglected, accusing the family of ignoring her. The atmosphere grows tense as Pakhi accuses Toshu and Baa of being unfair, calling it typical Shah behavior.
Back at the ashram, Vyas thanks Anupama for saving them. Aadhya cries and announces she is leaving for Ahmedabad. Vyas asks why, reminding her that she always hated the city. Anupama steps in and tells everyone that she cannot leave her daughter behind. She explains that she wishes she could do more for the ashram, but she must take Rahi with her. The children ask if she is really Aadhya’s mother, and Anupama happily confirms. She promises they can always call or visit and invites Vyas to bring the children to Ahmedabad, saying she will cook them delicious burgers. The kids cheerfully hug her.
Privately, Aadhya tells Bubbly she is only going for the sake of the ashram and plans to trouble Anupama so much that she will return in a few days. Bubbly warns her to forget the past and start fresh, but Aadhya is determined to test Anupama. Ansh overhears and tells Aadhya he is happy she is back. She brushes him off, saying they will talk later.
At the Shah home, Ishani isolates herself in her room, leaving Pari concerned. Ishani pushes her away and breaks down in tears.
Anupama prays to Dwarkadeesh, thanking him for reuniting her with her daughter and expressing hope that she may also find Anuj. She thanks Prem for being her guiding light. Prem tells her that perhaps this journey will also bring Anuj back to her and bids her farewell with Jai Dwarkadeesh.
Finally, Aadhya hugs the ashram children one last time before leaving. She sits in the car with Anupama and Ansh. Prem watches them depart, smiling and leaving everything to Kanha ji’s will.
Precap: Aadhya returns to the Shah house. Ansh joyfully calls everyone to welcome her. Pakhi taunts Anupama for not changing her attire. Aadhya retorts sharply. Baa worries about what will happen next. Aadhya declares she will return to Dwarka.
