The scene opens with Sagar expressing his concern for Anupama’s health, pointing out that she has caught a cold due to neglecting herself. Nandita suggests that he get married and let his future wife take care of Anupama. Sagar questions if marrying someone will bring a doctor into their lives instead of a daughter-in-law. Nandita counters, suggesting that the new family member could also be a doctor and help save on medical costs. He jokingly asks if he should make the sacrifice himself. In response, she urges him to find a suitable doctor bride and ride off into the sunset with her. Meanwhile, Anupama prays for a kindhearted doctor to enter Sagar’s life.
“Sagar suggests praying for my success as a lawyer, as it may affect my chances of marrying a doctor. Anupama reassures me that whoever is meant for me will come into my life. He then removes any negative energy and wishes for her eternal happiness, mentioning how handsome her husband, Anuj, is. This reminds Anupama of Anuj’s similar words and prompts her to speak with Shruti about some inquiries she has. However, Shruti’s phone is turned off, which surprises Anupama as she never switches it off.”
She ponders the whereabouts of her beloved Choti. “Anuj,” she calls out. “Where is Choti?” She contemplates who to contact and recalls, “I had already reached out to Ankush Bhai, but he assured me that Anuj is safe and Choti is in the hostel.” Despite his assurance, she begins to feel anxious, wondering if Ankush had been lying. As Anuj sits in the garden, he watches his coffee being poured. He then sits in the chair nearby and notices a register and pen on the table. Without hesitation, he picks up the pen.
Upon seeing Anuj with the pen, Anupama’s hope is sparked, thinking he will express his feelings and possibly trigger a memory. However, her disappointment sets in as she observes him merely scribbling on the page. Bala reassures her that he will watch over Anuj constantly and prevent him from straying.
Anupama expresses her gratitude, while Bala reassures her that she knows everything about the person. He trusts that Anupama is the only one who can help him recover. Without hesitation, Anupama promises to do whatever it takes to aid his recovery. Bala blesses her, and Anupama believes he will soon open up and show his true feelings.
Sagar updates Anupama on the successful repair of Babu Ji’s room fan. Relieved, Anupama remarks that Babu ji can now rest comfortably. Then, Sagar inquires about the donor who will be visiting them. Anupama clarified that it was Meenakshi and reminded him to pick her up from the airport.
Baa contacts Vanraj, who asks her to speak directly to him instead of going through the back door. She then proceeds to ask him to pick up Meenu from the airport. He informs her that his driver will handle it and mentions that Meenu lives alone in Russia. He advises Baa not to get too attached to Meenu as she will eventually leave, adding that he does not want any attachments. As he is about to leave, he notices Anuj and asks why he is not inside. He expresses concern over Anuj’s current state and apologizes for the unfortunate circumstances.
He claims you were once Anuj Kapadia, but now you wander with your lengthy locks and have lost everything. He questions if you know who is to blame for your downfall, Anupama Joshi. He asserts that you were wealthy and content before she arrived in your life. According to him, she has a reputation for destroying people’s lives. Vanraj Shah, now a different person from his former self due to leaving Anupama, asks about Aadhya’s whereabouts. He believes she is not with you because of Anupama and advises you to leave the place silently. Finally, he warns that not only did she ruin your life once, but she may also do it again and potentially harm you physically. Anuj becomes agitated and moves aside.
Anupama overhears Vanraj’s conversation and tells him to keep his distance from Anuj. Vanraj, in turn, advises her to do the same and requests that she also relay the message to the Asha Bhavan members not to enter his premises. Anupama assured him that she would take care of it. As Vanraj walks away, Anupama’s pallu gets caught in his bag, and she falls. Anuj catches her, and they share a moment. Meanwhile, Vanraj witnesses this and is angered by Anuj’s actions. He lunges towards him and grabs him by the collar.
Toshu arrives, and Anuj grabs Anuj’s collar. All the residents of the Ashram gather to escort Anuj away. The security guard prepares to strike but is warned by Anupama. Bala and others lead Anuj inside while Anupama apologizes to Vanraj, pleading that the issue not be dragged out. Vanraj insists that Anuj cannot stay as the children are in his home. Toshu labels him a “psycho” and suggests throwing him out, prompting another warning from Anupama.
Vanraj declares his intention to file a police complaint against Anuj. Anupama urges them to do whatever they feel is necessary. Vanraj reassures Toshu that he will ensure Anuj does not remain in their house and mentions how Anuj grabbed his collar, causing Anupama to rise above the situation. After apologizing to their neighbours, she promises Anuj will not repeat his actions. As she reflects on the incident, Anupama believes there may still be a special place for her in Anuj’s heart and expresses gratitude towards Kanha ji.
Sagar hands over the flute to Anuj and compliments him on how it suits him. Meanwhile, Indra steps away momentarily while Bala also excuses himself. As Anuj catches sight of Aadhya and their photo frame, memories come rushing back to him. At that moment, Anupama joins them and expresses her optimism after witnessing the events outside. She asks if he recalls anything or recognizes Shruti, Ankush Bhai, or Barkha. Concerned about the whereabouts of their younger sister, Anuj breaks down in tears and clings to her pallu before falling asleep.
Kinjal informs Toshu that, considering Papa’s knowledge of Anuj’s condition, he didn’t have to bring up the issue. Toshu inquires about the reasoning behind Kinjal’s belief that Papa was in the wrong. Baa expresses concern over Anuj’s aggressive behaviour, noting his anger-filled gaze and potential harm towards Vanraj. Kinjal explains that this is due to his mental instability. Dimpy suggests keeping him hospitalized or confined at home to prevent any danger towards their family. Pakhi adds her worry of Anuj damaging her car. Finally, Kinjal questions if everyone else present is in a stable mental state.
According to Toshu, the man is a threat to us, and Papa will report him to the Police. Pakhi believes we won’t be able to go outside without fear if something isn’t done. Toshu has decided to leave. Kinjal reminds us not to forget all the kindness he’s shown us. She points out that without Anuj’s help, we would have been stuck in jail. He also supported Pakhi and Dimpy during their tough times. Toshu feels this is our chance to show him what it feels like, as he has always acted superior towards us. Pakhi questions if it’s worth risking our lives and our children’s for him. Toshu has made up his mind to go and file a Police complaint so the man can be removed from our neighbourhood. In the midst of all this, Anuj cries on Anupama’s lap.

As Anuj rises from his seat, Anupama inquires about Aadhya’s whereabouts. He informs her that she has gone to seek guidance from God. Anupama immediately objects and declares that, despite what her brother Ankush may have said, she believes that Aadhya is safe in her heart. She defiantly proclaims that even if God were to say otherwise, she would refuse to accept it. Concerned for her well-being, Anuj urges her to step back.
