Aruna says this guy (Samar) doesn’t say anything. Samar turns to Vanraj and says he has had a lot of complaints from you, but he has never seen that all your time was gone while giving us a good life. Anupama says he never supported me for dance and used to scold me, but I did not see your concern behind it. When I became a papa, I realized that you were an amazing father. He says I love you so much and hugs Vanraj. Vanraj thanks him.
If someone were to ask me about ideal parents, I would say they should be like Samar. However, I am uncertain if I possess the qualities to become a good father like him. I aspire to emulate my Papa and instill in my child the same values as my Mummy. My ultimate goal is for my baby to inherit everyone’s positive traits, which I deeply admire. Taking care of a baby on one’s own is not an easy task, and Samar recognizes this, asking for help from his loved ones. Anupama reassures him that they will be there to support him. In fact, it is Samar’s dream to one day have enough funds to take everyone out of Ahmedabad. Unfortunately, that dream seems financially unattainable at the moment.
Today, he savors the taste of Mummy’s lovingly cooked food as though it may be his last. Anupama gently feeds him, but Toshu attempts to sneak a bite from Samar’s plate. Anupama quickly intervenes, reminding Toshu that it is only for Samar. Eventually, everyone dresses up and gathers together. The wives give approving looks to their husbands. Anuj announces that it’s time to leave and Baa chimes in with her excitement for the party ahead. Wondering why everyone is dressed up, Toshu asks Vanraj if they are just going to sit and peel carrots. But Anuj clarifies that it’s actually a ladies’ sangeet. Kavya adds that they dressed up for themselves and not just for the party. Vanraj playfully teases Kavya for not joining in on the festivities like the rest of them, but she reminds him that there are no closing hours at home unlike a restaurant. Anuj quips that it may not be as exciting as an outside party, but it’s still a nice get-together at home. Toshu jokes about how the women probably chat about their husbands behind their backs at these gatherings.
Vanraj explains that the true enjoyment of the party lies in its unstructured moments. The women suggest they attend later and return home late. Samar decides to depart from the house, prompting Anupama to grasp his hand and give her consent. Samar reiterates his intention to leave, but Anupama urges him to reassure her that he will come back. He confirms he is going to the party, then leaves on Toshu’s bike. Anxious about his safety, Anupama beseeches Lord Kanha for protection and contemplates whether she should call him back. Just then, Kavya appears and inquires about her distress. After showing her an unravelled thread from Samar’s clothing, Anupama expresses concern and asks if she should summon him back. Kavya comforts her by reminding her that despite the thread coming loose, her blessings remain with him always, protecting him from any ill fortune. Anupama agrees with a nod.
As the group of men arrived at the club, Vanraj expressed his surprise at their destination. Anuj quickly reminded him that it was Samar’s special occasion. Toshu chimed in, mentioning how this was a significant milestone in Samar’s journey as a father. Agreeing with them, Samar nodded and they proceeded to enter the club. However, their night took an unexpected turn when a group of goons made their presence known. One of them mockingly commented on the lack of “good girls” despite their VIP membership. The leader of the group, Sonu, nonchalantly mentioned his inability to hit the gym that day as he casually revealed his gun. As if on cue, he received a call on his father’s phone and left his friends to attend it. One of Sonu’s subordinates noted that someone had taken his designated table, but another assured them that Sonu could handle it and urged them to relax.
The ladies are all in high spirits. Barkha mentions that this is the first party for her baby, and she predicts that the baby will be born laughing. Baa, on the other hand, believes that it’s more likely the baby will be born crying. Anupama chimes in, saying that crying at birth is actually beneficial for a baby’s lungs. However, Baa reminds her of the time when she cried watching a mother lose her son on TV. Anupama agrees and adds that it’s heart-wrenching to see a mother lose her child. Paakhi interrupts and urges them not to dwell on such sad thoughts. Kavya jumps in and suggests ordering food for the party. But Anupama questions why they should order food when she has already prepared it while cooking for Samar earlier. They all praise her cooking skills and chant praises for Annapurna Devi. Anupama reassures herself not to worry as everyone is there to support Samar, and everything will turn out fine.
Sonu arrives at the table and requests Vanraj, Anuj, and the others to have their party elsewhere, since it is their designated spot. Anuj informs Sonu that the manager specifically assigned the table to them and they have already settled in. Sonu responds by stating that the manager was not aware of his arrival today and insists on staying at that particular table. Anuj suggests moving to a different one instead. Sonu then reminds them that Uncle ji has both a face and a mind, bids farewell, and proceeds to shift to another table. Vanraj proposes having their celebration at a tea stall, noting that it makes no difference which table they are seated at. They all raise their glasses in cheers and continue enjoying themselves.
As the ladies cheer and drink soft drinks, Paakhi asks Dimpy what she wants? Baa says Dimpy will want me thrown out. Dimpy says no, and says she’d like to learn about motherhood. Anupama tells her motherhood is like sitting in a temple. Kinjal agrees.
In addition to paying the kids’ fees and attending PTM every year, Anuj says fatherhood is more than that. They ask about the age of Toshu, and Babu ji doesn’t tell. Sonu looks at Anuj and stares at him. He says Toshu is the youngest dad here, and Papa is our dad and Babu ji is the coolest dad.
