Aadhya asks Anupama to stop. She tries to get up but falls every time. When Aadhya calls for help, Anupama acts ignorant. Anupama gets to her. Aadhya asks her to hold her hand. Anupama helps her get up. Titu comes home. He gives goodies to Ishu and Mahi, but Ansh does not meet him. Aadhya says, “I fell down because of you.” Anupama helps her get up, but Ansh does not meet him.
He says he came here to work. He says that he will contribute to the marriage. Babu Ji asks him for food. Titu says he will first meet Ansh and show him the remote car he brought for him. Ansh refuses to speak to him and asks him to leave. Titu runs into his room. Titu asks what happened to Ansh and insists on talking to him, but Vanraj stops him and says that the kids are moody and won’t be happy calling you magic uncle every time you come. Dimpy catches Titu’s attention.
Anupama notices that Aadhya has not yet arrived. Upon opening the door, she finds her sleeping and realizes she must feel unwell. Quickly entering the room, Anupama sees that Aadhya has a fever and takes immediate action by administering medicine and placing a cool cloth on her forehead. Just then, Anuj calls Anupama to check on them. She informs him about Aadhya’s condition and reassures him that she is taking good care of their daughter. Anuj insists on coming over, but Anupama tells him that her mother is also there to help. Aadhya calls out to Anupama affectionately as “Mummy,” which touches her deeply. Meanwhile, the doctor updates Anuj that he will receive the reports via email first before getting a hard copy later. Upon hearing this, Anuj decides it would be best to head back home since Aadhya needs rest due to her fever.
Having provoked Ansh against you, Dimpy tells Titu. Titu says perhaps Ansh is angry with me. Dimpy says Papa is doing something and saying something else. She says he fills Ansh’s heart with hatred. Titu promises to win the love of Ansh and Papa. In his words, he says he won’t separate Ansh from his Dadu, and I’ll win their hearts. Anuj and Shruti return home to find Anupama hugging Aa. In Shruti’s room, Anu tells her he will see Aadhya and come.

Anuj comes to Anupama and takes their picture. He gives her a picture. Song plays. Anupama goes.
Kavya confronts Vanraj, telling him that Baa and Babu ji have never distanced their children from you. She asks why you are insecure and tells him that Ansh will get closer to Titu but will not distance himself from you.
When Anuj comes into the kitchen, Anupama falls on flour. Anuj says it is good that Aadhya didn’t see else; she would have posted my picture on social media. Yashdeep calls Anupama and asks her to meet him outside. Anupama invites him, but he does not want to come in. Anuj tells her to call him inside. Anupama says he does not want to come in.
