He drinks it immediately and says it is hot. Then he says it wasn’t that hot.
Devika asks Anupama to hit him with the bottle gourd to scare them. She says she will hit him with the coconut. Devika asks him to drop them and gives them bags. Anupama smiles. He makes her wear the slipper he pulled from her foot. Devika wishes they would be together soon.

Adhik suggests that it would be best for Ishani to stay with her father rather than risk any harm here.
