Aadhya lifts and leaves her other hand as Anupama tells Anuj that Aadhya always gets a fever after an injection and asks him to give her haldi milk and put a wet cloth on her forehead. She gets up and goes to her side. Anupama sits in her hospital bed, and Anuj asks her to look after her hand.
Aarush informs Pakhi that she will not be able to board the flight. Pakhi had previously advised her father not to waste money on the ticket and expressed her desire to stay here, but unfortunately, he did not listen, and it is now his loss. She believes that he will never be able to find her in this vast city. Vanraj interjects, saying that she should never say never. Upon hearing this, Pakhi drops the yogurt she was holding in shock. Vanraj continues by asking if she would like to come there or if he should go there instead. Overwhelmed, Pakhi walks towards him and asks how he managed to find her. Vanraj commends her intelligence but points out that her friend was less bright than she had posted photos with their location on social media. He then takes her away from the current location.
When the doctor checks Anupama’s hand, she says it is not a fracture but a tissue or ligament injury and asks her not to move her hand. The doctor tells you can’t move your hand. Aadhya and Anuj hear her message. The doctor tells Anupama to send reports to Yashdeep and text him about the medicine to take. Yashdeep thanks her. Upon asking Vanraj where she is, Baba confronts Pakhi. Vanraj asks her about the FD he has kept for Ishani’s future. Pakhi says she used the money for business since you have not given me money. Baa asks when this business thing will continue. Baa says you don’t know the company more than that so that you can sit on the swinger and swing. Babu Ji tells her not to insult his wife and says that what she has done, you could never do it.
Pakhi questions who will support her if her family does not, prompting Vanraj to inquire about previous support. She assures him that she will repay his money with interest and mentions Aarush’s trust in her surpassing his. According to her, Aarush had promised to double the investment soon. Vanraj counters that Aarush has deceived her and reveals his fraudulent activities in India and their current location. He accuses Aarush of cheating people and claims Pakhi has never truly understood him. However, Pakhi remains unfazed and declares she will prove them all wrong.
When Kinjal asks Pakhi what about Ishani, Pakhi replies, “I will take care of her.” Kinjal says, “I don’t like your attitude.” He tells Pakhi that if Papa goes to India, I won’t let her stay here. Pakhi says this is my brother’s house. Kinjal says the house is run by me, just like Papa runs the house. Toshu says you can only stay here if Kinjal wants to. Pakhi says you aren’t an American but have become the slave of your wife.
Mr. Kapoor, I can’t do that, Shruti says to someone. She becomes concerned. She sees Anuj and Aadhya. Yashdeep gives haldi milk to Anupama. Anupama regrets dancing and tells Diya that they will dance together. In the past, she would cook food alone with a crying baby and will continue to cook food now. He asks Anupama if she really would do it. Anupama responds that she has no choice but to. Shruti sees Anupama in the restaurant.
Dimpy and Titu cross paths, and she expresses her concern about not wanting to separate Ansh from his family. She believes genuine love does not involve causing harm to others. Titu declares his love for her, but she appreciates it while clarifying that. Unfortunately, love is not in her destiny. She apologizes, stating that she cannot handle the weight of their relationship. Titu insists that he cannot bear to see her in pain and assures her that what truly matters is her happiness, not his own. He confesses that although their love story may be unfinished, his feelings for her are still whole. Dimpy urges him to move on, but he laments that while their love story may be incomplete, his love for her is sincere and complete. In silence, Dimpy reflects on Titu’s words with tears in her eyes.
Afterward, Shruti tells Anupama that she didn’t know about her injury and invites them to her sangeet. Anupama asks if she has anything else to say. Shruti tells Anupama that the caterer has backed off and says she wants them to cater and needs her supervision. Yashdeep refuses and says they have birthday orders and functions as well.
Shruti says it’s okay and asks them to come for the function. Anupama leaves. Yashdeep asks Anupama why he refused to take the order because they need money to save the restaurant. She asks if he thought she couldn’t see Anuj’s marriage. Yashdeep says he can’t see her hurt. She asks Anupama to call Shruti and say that we will do this now that we need money. She says I will not attend their wedding as a guest but as the caterer.
