Apollena 10th January 2025 Written Episode opens with Anna refusing to sit on the floor for the bhoj, citing hygiene concerns. Girdhar explains that sitting on the floor while eating is part of their cultural tradition. Anna, however, claims that India has many health issues, making the practice unhygienic. Mahadev scolds Shlok for bringing his foreign friend to the puja. Saraswati intervenes, saying the criticism is unnecessary, especially since Mahadev had earlier praised Apollena for her scientific explanations about tradition.

Saraswati challenges Apollena to explain the science behind sitting on the floor to convince Anna. Though Apollena hesitates at first, Mahadev insists, and Shlok supports the idea. Girdhar encourages Apollena, reminding her not to let science fail today.

While Anna remains stubborn, Shlok suggests allowing her to eat at the dining table, but Mahadev reminds everyone that it’s a traditional bhoj and should be eaten seated on the floor. Rastogi, hungry and annoyed, decides to leave for home. Saraswati tries to convince her, but she doesn’t listen. Apollena confidently steps in and promises to make Anna understand and follow their tradition.

Apollena begins by asking Anna if Westerners often suffer from obesity. Anna agrees. Apollena then asks how they address it. Anna responds that they practice yoga. Apollena urges her to demonstrate a pose if she follows it, and Anna ends up sitting cross-legged on the floor. Apollena points out that she is now in the traditional eating position, one that supports digestion and helps manage liver health and weight.

Anna then questions the hygiene of eating with hands. She shares her concern about food hygiene in India. Apollena acknowledges that while some places may lack cleanliness, the practice of eating with hands has cultural and personal significance. Shlok jokes that hands carry bacteria, and spoons may be cleaner. Apollena challenges that assumption, asking if he believes spoons are bacteria-free. She reminds him that he was fed lovingly by his mother using her hands. Eventually, Anna agrees to eat the bhoj with her hands.

Impressed, Mahadev praises Apollena for her clear and respectful explanation. Meanwhile, Varun jokes that Shlok is gaining emotional weight because of Apollena. Shlok teases back, saying he knows how to shed that weight too.

Later, Shlok and Varun plan to go out, but Mahadev stops them and asks where they’re headed. Shlok lies, saying a friend had a heart attack. Mahadev believes him and offers help if needed. Once outside, Varun questions the lie, and Shlok explains that Mahadev would never allow him out otherwise.

Back home, Apollena tells Girdhar she’s exhausted. He encourages her, saying hard work is essential. Just then, Sangeeta calls Apollena to inform her that the exam results are out. Eager to see them before her father does, Apollena rushes out to check the newspaper. To her dismay, she doesn’t find her register number and assumes she has failed.

Outside, a group of goons harasses her. Shlok arrives just in time and urges her to fight back. Meanwhile, Girdhar is at a hotel when the manager congratulates him, saying his daughter topped the university. Overjoyed, Girdhar receives video calls from family members eager to celebrate Apollena’s success.

Unaware of her achievement, Apollena beats up the goons. She tells Shlok she failed the exam. Shlok teases her playfully, but she breaks down, convinced that her father will never speak to her again.
