Unaware of his actions, Apollena successfully swaps her laptop with his and immediately informs Harsha about the exchange. Vijayan remains certain that she will not find anything incriminating, believing he has already safeguarded himself while framing her father.
Somewhere else in the house, Saraswati shows Shlok the clothes she bought for her future daughter in law. When Apollena arrives, Saraswati passes a remark about her background. Apollena simply gives Shlok a thumbs up and walks away, and he follows her, leaving Ira displeased. In frustration, Ira takes her saree and jewellery and places them inside Apollena’s almirah. When Rupa questions her, Ira admits she dislikes Apollena’s growing closeness with Shlok and is determined to remove her completely.
Rupa asks if Ira is planning another scheme, and Ira calmly confirms that she will continue until Apollena is no longer a threat. When Shlok and Apollena return to the room, Apollena confronts Ira for entering without permission. Ira claims she only came to bid goodbye to Shlok now that the engagement has ended. She taunts Apollena by saying that the room may be hers at the moment, but after she marries Shlok, it will be her rightful place. Apollena becomes irritated by her behaviour. Later, Ira tries to reassure Rupa that it is nothing serious, but Rupa admits she fears the consequences of lying. Ira warns her again that if her fake pregnancy is exposed, everything will collapse. Rupa grows even more anxious.
Apollena vents to Shlok that Ira behaves like a villain from a television serial and questions how he could ever think of marrying her. Shlok reminds her that she sent him the divorce notice. Apollena counters that he was the one who asked for the divorce first. Shlok argues that she signed the papers before he could speak. She accuses him of never calling her, and he responds that she never tried either. Their conversation shows their lingering connection even through their arguments.
Meanwhile, Girdhar calls Apollena to confirm whether she sent the laptop, and she assures him that she did. Later, Vijayan instructs Rupa to protect his data, stressing its significance and the hard work behind it. Apollena remains determined to uncover the truth, refusing to be discouraged by his false sense of security.
