When Shlok asks why it is so important, she explains that it is an aeronautical class. Shlok encourages her to attend, but Apollena reminds him of the restrictions placed on her at home. Shlok promises to help, saying he does not want her to give up her dreams because of him. He lightens the mood by joking that she should not fall for him just because he is supporting her.

The next morning, Sarswati stops Apollena from leaving for her lecture, insisting she must complete her post-marriage rituals. She then announces that Apollena’s name will be changed, as per tradition, and asks Shlok to choose a new name. Apollena is stunned and firmly refuses, declaring that she will not give up the name given by her father. Sarswati argues that every woman must follow the tradition, pointing out that Rupa, once called Veena, also accepted the change. Apollena rejects this pressure, calling it an unjust trauma passed down through generations.

Shlok steps in and takes a stand. Instead of renaming her, he tattoos a rocket on her hand, symbolising her passion for space travel. He declares that her name will remain Apollena, with only his surname added.
