The episode begins with Neil assuring Madhu that nothing will happen to Girdar. Vandana tries to calm her as well, suggesting that the matter might only be a routine government inquiry. Madhu, however, remains tense and says that Neil knows exactly what happened years ago. Girdar comforts her, asking her not to share her worries with their children and to remain strong. He tells her that Neil will take care of the family responsibilities and asks her to keep faith instead of giving in to fear.

Meanwhile, at Saraswati’s house, she encourages Maharani to continue her puja, convinced that its effect will reach Apollena’s home. At the same time, Apollena is seen struggling as if under a strange influence, while Shlok looks on in confusion and concern. Saraswati, believing that the ritual is targeting an evil spirit inside Apollena, insists that Maharani must continue the ceremony.

At another place, Mahadev grows suspicious of Saraswati’s recent behaviour. He calls Munshi to confirm whether Saraswati had really given her necklace for polishing. Munshi denies it, leaving Mahadev shocked. Realising that Saraswati has been deceived by a black magician, he decides to alert the police before things get worse.

Under Maharani’s hypnotic spell, Apollena begins following her commands like a puppet, terrifying Saraswati, who panics and orders everyone to leave Apollena alone. Maharani then demands more jewels from Saraswati, claiming it will strengthen the ritual. Without hesitation, Saraswati agrees and begins gathering her ornaments.

Meanwhile, Ira secretly meets Maharani and hands her a knife coated with poison. She instructs her to use it to end Apollena’s life once and for all, offering money to ensure Saraswati remains unaware of their deadly plan. Maharani accepts the bribe and assures Ira that everything will go according to plan.

Back at the house, as Saraswati collects her jewels, Rupa notices her strange behaviour and becomes suspicious. She tries to stop her and immediately informs Vedh about what is happening. Vedh urges her to stay alert, fearing something terrible might occur.

Consumed by anger and jealousy, Ira declares that she will personally kill Apollena. She sneaks into Apollena’s room, clutching the knife tightly. Just as she is about to strike, Apollena suddenly opens her eyes and reveals that she was only pretending to be under their control. Ira is stunned, and a fierce struggle breaks out between the two women.

In the chaos, Ira manages to overpower Apollena and knocks her unconscious. Shlok, hearing the commotion, rushes in and is horrified to see Apollena lying motionless on the floor. Ira, in a moment of madness, confesses all her crimes—her hatred, her manipulation of Saraswati, and her alliance with Maharani. Before anyone can stop her, she stabs Apollena, leaving everyone shocked and the house filled with chaos and fear.
