Apollena 30th January 2025 Written Episode begins with Mahadev reassuring Saraswati that Apollena is capable of quickly learning their family traditions and she should not worry. Just then, Rastogi arrives with her friends and accuses Saraswati of secretly conducting her son’s marriage without informing them. She demands to meet the new daughter-in-law to judge whether she fits into the family.
Mahadev sees through Rastogi’s real motive, calling out her intention to humiliate rather than congratulate Saraswati. Rastogi denies it, claiming they only came to witness Apollena’s first rasoi ritual and test her cooking skills. Feeling pressured, Saraswati informs them that Apollena is in her room. Rastogi takes a dig, saying that had Shlok married Irani instead, she would have handled the ritual perfectly.
Irani arrives and taunts Saraswati, implying Apollena doesn’t know how to cook. She conspires with her mother to embarrass Saraswati and create a rift between Shlok and Apollena.
Meanwhile, Apollena prepares for college and tells Shlok she has an important lecture to attend. Saraswati stops her, insisting she complete the rasoi ritual first to avoid humiliation in front of the guests. Apollena refuses and retorts that Shlok should clean his own mess, which angers Saraswati. Mahadev intervenes, reminding everyone that in their house, no one goes against Saraswati’s wishes. He allows Apollena to attend college only after completing the ritual.
Irani grows suspicious of Shlok’s behaviour and secretly eavesdrops on his conversation with Varun. Later, as Apollena multitasks—attending her lecture via video call while cooking in the kitchen—Irani sabotages her efforts. She adds lemon juice to the milk and swaps the sugar with salt to ruin the dishes. Shlok, noticing the trick, secretly finds a way to help Apollena, determined not to let her fail the ritual.
