When the court officials arrive, however, they surprise everyone by announcing that Girdhar is not being arrested but officially cleared of all charges. They explain that he was wrongly accused only because Pallavi failed to reach the police station in time.

Hearing this, Girdhar grows emotional and immediately realises that Pallavi must have tried to help him. He expresses his faith in her, saying she could never have betrayed him intentionally. But just as a sense of relief washes over him, tragedy strikes again — Pallavi’s sister arrives carrying Pallavi’s ashes. Everyone is left in shock. She explains that Pallavi was on her way to court to clear the misunderstanding when she met with a fatal accident. Tearfully, she adds that she had come to perform Pallavi’s last rites and learned about Girdhar’s arrest too late to stop it.

Girdhar breaks down, shattered by the loss. Madhu stands nearby, overwhelmed with guilt for having doubted Pallavi’s intentions. She realises that Pallavi was innocent all along and had died trying to save Girdhar’s honour.

Apollena encourages him to follow his dreams and suggests he open a restaurant. Vedh, however, cautions against it, saying it would be risky to invest in such a venture without experience. She proposes a smaller start, like launching a tiffin service. Mahadev immediately rejects the idea, saying such work could tarnish his family’s reputation. Apollena then adds that he could try pursuing his passion in London, where no one would judge him. The mention of London angers Mahadev, who storms out, refusing to discuss it further.

Later, Shlok is seen washing dishes in frustration. Apollena approaches him and apologises for mentioning London. But Shlok, still upset, accuses her of being emotionally distant and unconcerned about his feelings. He tells her that all she wants is a quick divorce, not understanding his struggles. He walks away in anger, while Apollena watches helplessly, wishing she could confess that she doesn’t want to separate from him at all.

Meanwhile, Girdhar, still heartbroken, shares his grief with Madhu. He says Pallavi was the only person who truly understood him and regrets that fate was so cruel. Madhu, moved by his sorrow, urges him to mentor and guide someone like Pallavi in the future. But Girdhar refuses, saying no one can ever replace her. Madhu then reveals a shocking truth — Apollena didn’t marry Shlok out of choice but because Mahadev had forced her into the marriage by threatening her. Girdhar is stunned to learn this and begins to see his daughter’s situation in a new light.
