Bade Acche Lagte Hai 3 4th September 2025 Written Episode begins with the servant switching on the lights and questioning Nysah about lighting candles despite the power supply being available. Annoyed, Nysah snaps at him but is distracted by the sound of the doorbell. She instructs him to switch off the lights and open the door. Rishabh enters and immediately asks why the room is dark. Nysah teasingly asks if he disliked her romantic setup, but Rishabh bluntly replies that he prefers light over darkness.
Flirtatiously, Nysah claims she enjoys his taunts and reminds him she has fulfilled her duties as a wife, assuming he came to thank her. To her shock, Rishabh tells her that she has only made him realise one thing—he wants her to sign the divorce papers. Enraged, Nysah refuses. She grabs his collar and angrily demands to know what Bhagyashree has that she does not. Mocking him, she says he must dislike strong women like her. Rishabh firmly counters that Bhagyashree is far stronger than her and warns that if she does not sign, he will take the matter to court. He leaves, while Nysah furiously burns the divorce papers and vows to ruin Bhagyashree’s life.
Elsewhere, Karthik visits a company to find out who had secretly funded him. A passerby informs him that the boss has just left. Determined, Karthik notes down the car number.
Meanwhile, Sonia and Nitya invite Bhagyashree to join them, but she declines, saying she has important work. Nikhil offers to stay with her, but she refuses his company. At the same time, Sowmya urges Karthik not to return the investor’s money, but he disagrees. Frustrated, Sowmya turns to Tanu for advice.
Later, Rishabh arrives at the company and finds Bhagyashree still working. She explains she is waiting for Anji’s call, but he tells her to let him manage it. When she questions why he took the blame upon himself, he says he could not allow her reputation to be tarnished. Noticing his fever, Bhagyashree insists on calling a doctor, though Rishabh resists.
On another front, Tanu advises Karthik to pamper Sowmya, even teasing him to romance her. She tells him to lift Sowmya in his arms, but Karthik quickly escapes. Sowmya thanks Tanu, who leaves for shopping. Soon after, Karthik spots the same car in his society and is stunned to learn it belongs to the Kapoor family. He realises Rishabh and Purab were the ones who had secretly helped him.
Back at the office, Bhagyashree tends to Rishabh. She places a wet cloth on his forehead and, overcome with emotion, admits that she still loves him. As Rishabh, half asleep, holds her hand, she softly kisses his forehead. At that moment, Nikhil walks in and accuses her of lying about her important work. Bhagyashree sternly defends herself, explaining that Rishabh is unwell and she is only caring for him. When the doctor calls, Nikhil tries to snatch her phone, but she warns him not to cross his limits.

Nikhil accuses Bhagyashree of trying to become the other woman in Rishabh’s life. She slaps him. Nikhil then informs Vinay that Bhagyashree still loves Rishabh. Shocked, Vinay collapses, clutching his chest, leaving the family in panic.
