Bade Achhe Lagte Hai 3 18th August 2025 Written Episode begins with Bhagyasree mistakenly bumping into someone she believes is Rishabh, spilling coffee on him. Irritated, he asks her to be careful, and in anger she throws the remaining coffee on his face. To her shock, it turns out to be Sunny, not Rishabh. Embarrassed, she apologises and offers to replace his shirt, but Sunny teases her lightly. Bhagyasree quietly walks away, unsettled.
Later, while spending time with her neighbours, Bhagyasree is asked to pick a fortune cookie. She refuses at first, calling it a silly belief, and asks Revati to try instead. Revati opens her cookie and smiles at the message predicting a long and healthy life. The group then encourages Bhagyasree to pick one. Reluctantly, she does, and her cookie reads, “From today, it’s your second beginning.” She insists her fresh start will only be with her friends and family, not anyone else.
That evening, Bhagyasree hosts a dinner for her friends. Revati steps out to meet her own group, and Bhagyasree’s protective instincts surface. She confides in Nikhil that she worries for Revati, not wanting her sister to repeat the same mistakes she made. Though Nikhil reassures her, the uneasiness stays.
As the New Year countdown begins, Bhagyasree and her friends raise a toast to leaving behind the past. She silently prays for peace and freedom from painful memories. Suddenly, a stranger rudely shoves her, and her group scolds him for his arrogance. Moments later, at midnight, Bhagyasree steps outside. To her shock, she sees Rishabh wishing her a simple “Happy New Year” before walking away. Believing it to be another illusion, she steels herself and reminds her heart to follow her mind. From a distance, Rishabh gazes at her with longing, silently vowing to win her back.
At home, Bhagyasree anxiously waits for Revati. When Revati returns, she joyfully announces that she has been proposed to and said yes. Bhagyasree reacts sharply, scolding her and questioning the boy’s caste and background. Vinay intervenes, reminding Bhagyasree that caste does not matter. He admits the real mistake was his, as he never asked whether the boy could keep Revati happy. Revati assures her father that she trusts him completely. Padma gently adds that although Rishabh betrayed them, once upon a time he also gave their family a sense of unity.
The next morning, Bhagyasree receives an even bigger shock. At work, she discovers Rishabh is her new boss. Furious, she threatens to resign, but Rishabh reminds her of the binding contract. To leave immediately, she must pay ₹2.5 crores, otherwise she must work under him for three years. Outraged, she declares she will never work with him and storms away.
Haunted by memories, Rishabh recalls how Bhagyasree once withdrew her police complaint against him. He tries to explain, but she cuts him short. She admits forgiving him back then was a mistake and vows never to repeat it. When Rishabh insists she still loves him, Bhagyasree firmly declares she hates him and walks away, leaving him devastated.
