Bade Achhe Lagte Hai 3 24th June 2025 episode begins with Vikram handing Sunny ₹1 lakh to settle a vendor payment. Eager to earn Vikram’s trust, Sunny entrusts the money to Rishabh for safekeeping. Vikram, quietly watching, sneaks out ₹28,000 from the bag without either of them noticing.

When the vendor arrives, Rishabh hands over the bag, only for everyone to realize that it contains just ₹72,000. Sunny and Rishabh are both shocked and deny any fault. Vikram pretends to cover the shortfall but turns around and accuses Rishabh of theft, resulting in Rishabh getting fired.

Meanwhile, Bhagyashree confides in Kaddu that she intends to marry Vikram for her parents’ happiness. In a determined move, she braves the rain and confronts Vikram directly, asking if he genuinely wants to marry her. Vikram lies and says yes.

Later, Bhagyashree finds out about Rishabh’s dismissal. As she leaves work, Rishabh follows her car and warns her about Vikram’s true nature, claiming she’s just a backup for him. Bhagyashree is shaken but chooses not to respond.

At work, both Bhagyashree and Vikram appear for a promotion interview. Bhagyashree performs better, but Vikram attempts to emotionally manipulate her, suggesting she should step down for the sake of their relationship and future family plans. Bhagyashree is left torn between personal ambition and emotional obligation.

Elsewhere, Rishabh prepares to leave the company and shares with Shaina that Vikram and Bhagyashree are getting married the next day. Shaina video calls Vikram and reminds him of his earlier promise—that he would marry her if she stepped away from the promotion. Vikram assures her that everything is under control. Rishabh overhears the entire conversation, finally uncovering Vikram’s manipulative truth.
