Bade Achhe Lagte Hai 3 25th June 2025 episode begins with Sonia questioning Bhagyashree’s decision to let go of her promotion. Bhagyashree reflects on how she sacrificed her career opportunity for marriage with Vikram to fulfil her parents’ wishes. Nitya supports her and applies mehendi to her hands, believing Bhagyashree made the right choice.
Later, Nitya asks Naveen about missing the conference. He explains that he stayed back to care for the kids since Nitya was occupied with the wedding. She calls it an act of love. Bhagyashree talks to Naveen and realizes that women don’t always need to sacrifice their dreams for marriage.
Bhagyashree and Vikram, now dressed for their wedding, sit in the mandap. Bhagyashree suddenly receives a message and claims it’s from her father. Suddenly, some fake police officers enter and halt the ceremony, claiming that Vikram’s girlfriend, Shaina, attempted suicide and accused him in her note. Vikram denies it and shows Shaina alive on a video call. Bhagyashree then points out that Vikram is already married.
Vikram tries to bluff his way out by calling the commissioner, prompting the fake officers to confess they were hired actors. Bhagyashree contacts the real police, who arrest the impersonators and inquire about who sent them. Rishabh appears and admits that he orchestrated the act to save Bhagyashree from a sham wedding. Vikram demands Rishabh’s arrest, but Bhagyashree turns the tables, asking the police to arrest Vikram for fraud.
She explains that Naveen’s words triggered her doubts, leading her to hire a detective named Bhatnagar. The detective uncovered Vikram’s truth, including a marriage certificate. Bhagyashree also exposes how Vikram framed Rishabh in a theft case. Nitya confirms Vikram’s deceit, and the police take him away.
Emotionally shattered, Bhagyashree collapses in the rain. Rishabh arrives with an umbrella and helps her to her feet. He escorts her to the car as the rain pours.
At home, Bhagyashree cries and hugs Kaddu. Padma calls and invites her to Meenakshi’s engagement and announces a visit. Bhagyashree agrees. Vinay asks if their daughter is happy. Padma assures him she is and suggests taking her favorite sweets.
Bhagyashree tells Sonia and Nitya that her parents want to meet her husband. Sonia suggests hiring an actor, but Bhagyashree refuses, saying her father wants her to marry someone who truly loves her. She breaks down, unsure where to find such a man. Nitya and Sonia try to console her.
Meanwhile, Rishabh returns to the office. Nitya and Sonia discuss hiring him to pose as Bhagyashree’s husband. Rishabh bumps into Bhagyashree, and her glasses fall. He compliments her and teases her about using lenses. Bhagyashree reinstates his job, thanking him for saving her and saying he deserves the position.
She receives another message from her parents and worries about how to handle their expectations. Rishabh dances joyfully after getting his job back. Sunny congratulates him, and Nitya calls him dramatic. Rishabh laughs and claims he’s a natural actor. Nitya tells Sonia they’ve found their man.
They tell Bhagyashree that Rishabh will act as her husband. Bhagyashree hesitates, worried about sharing a room with a stranger. Sonia and Nitya assure her that Rishabh is in a relationship with Sunny. Shocked, Bhagyashree asks if they are gay, and they confirm.
Still, Bhagyashree is uncomfortable and says she no longer wants to lie. She plans to tell her father the truth.
