Bade Achhe Lagte Hai 3, 26th June 2025 episode begins with Rishabh encountering Bhagyashree’s neighbours, who are charmed by his looks and presence. They begin speculating about whether he is her former love interest, since he came to see her personally.
Rishabh arrives at Bhagyashree’s house to congratulate her on the promotion. He compliments her appearance and asks about her bangles. Misunderstanding his curiosity, Bhagyashree assumes he might be gay and casually shares the bangle shop name and even her shampoo brand. After getting her signature on work documents, he offers to book her a cab before leaving.
Bhagyashree reaches Meenakshi’s engagement feeling emotionally conflicted. She doesn’t want to lie to her father anymore, but she also fears hurting him. She is greeted by Meenakshi’s father, who mentions how much her parents miss her. Bhagyashree hands over a gift and soon runs into her sister-in-law, Anni, who scolds her for not wearing a mangalsutra and reminds her of their father’s heart attack.
Overwhelmed, Bhagyashree finally meets her father, Vinay. As soon as she touches his hand, his coughing eases. She hugs him, but he remains distant. Her mother, Padma, soon arrives and warmly embraces her. Bhagyashree’s brother also joins them. Padma then asks, “Where is your husband?”
Right on cue, Rishabh enters holding Bhagyashree’s earring. The family stares at him curiously. Rishabh calls out to Bhagyashree and returns her earring, mentioning how much she has spoken about her family. Padma lovingly addresses him as their son-in-law and even asks him to help Bhagyashree wear the earring.
Bhagyashree pulls Rishabh aside and pleads with him to act as her husband for her father’s health. She offers to pay him and explains her father’s fragile condition. Rishabh agrees to help and smoothly slips into the role. He impresses everyone with his charm and refers to Vinay as “Papa Ji,” leaving the family pleased.
Karthik, Bhagyashree’s brother, introduces himself, and Meenakshi, along with others, find Rishabh polite and impressive. Bhagyashree, however, feels guilty about the deception and decides to tell her mother the truth.
She pulls Padma aside to speak, but Padma joyfully shares that Vinay’s health has improved after seeing her with her husband. Before Bhagyashree can respond, a relative inquires about Rishabh’s profession. Thinking quickly, Bhagyashree says they both work at Tatva Company—she as the zonal head and Rishabh as a manager. The relative is impressed, and Vinay proudly asks Karthik to seat Rishabh among the elders.
Later, Bhagyashree finds Rishabh sitting alone and warns him not to overdo his performance. He remains playful and unbothered. Padma returns and praises Rishabh once again, asking Bhagyashree what she wanted to say earlier. Bhagyashree changes the topic to family matters. Meanwhile, Rishabh continues to win hearts with his easygoing nature and sincere interactions with the family.
