Shikhar promises not to disappoint his family and seeks Ashok’s blessings. Avani is thrilled and brings sweets for everyone to celebrate. Ashok even volunteers to cook dinner. However, Shagun silently fumes in a corner. Shikhar tells Avani to prepare dessert too, and she happily agrees.

Later, Shikhar shares with Avani how happy he is that Ashok supported his decision. She lovingly tells him she wants to keep looking at him because soon he’ll be too busy for her. As she dries his hair, she jokingly suggests giving him a haircut. Shikhar embraces the idea and says a new hairstyle would suit his new beginning. Avani cuts his hair, and he’s impressed. She smiles and says his new office will make their dreams come true. Shagun overhears them and gets enraged.
