Zai contacts Eklavya and inquires about his arrival time. He responds that he is en route. Later, Zai encounters Arya and questions her actions. Arya advises Zai to calm down, as it is not beneficial for the baby. Frustrated, Zai reprimands Arya. Observing from a distance, the servant hurries Bela over, informing her of an argument between Arya and Zai.

Arya attempts to leave, but Zai halts her and grasps her. In response, Arya gently shoves Zai to break free from her grip. Bela, Naina, Kasturi, and Eklavya witness Arya pushing Zai down the stairs. Feeling concerned for Zai’s safety, Bela expresses her worries. Despite this, Arya insists that she was trying to save Zai. Doubting Arya’s intentions, Bela urges her to drop the act and reminds her that she saw her push Zai firsthand. Defending his friend, Ankush tells Bela to refrain from making accusations as he knows Arya would never harm anyone intentionally.

Bela tells Ankush about his blindness towards Arya’s love and how he cannot see that Arya is hurting Zai. Ankush shares his thoughts on Bela’s words. Eklavya, agreeing with them, mentions that while it may not be Arya’s intention, the harm has been done. Kasturi interrupts their discussion and informs them that Zai is regaining consciousness. Zai voices her concerns to her family, stating that she would not want to live if anything happened to her child. To ease her worries, Eklavya suggests getting sonography done immediately. Zai reassures everyone that she is doing fine, but her family insists on the sonography being carried out for the baby’s safety.

Naina approaches Arya and expresses regret over pushing Zai down the stairs. She also mentions the possibility of Satya’s blood influencing her behavior. Naina then requests Arya exit the area before leaving herself. The doctor then takes Zai for sonography, while Bela urges Eklavya to speak with Ankush and convince him that Arya poses a threat to Zai’s life.

The entire family gathers to witness the sonography. Following Zai’s instructions, the doctor assures them that the baby is healthy and only three weeks old. Naina and Jaanrao are relieved to see Zai doing well through a video call. Bela notices Arya in the call and makes a remark. As Kasturi watches the sonography, she wonders how the heart could be beating if Zai is only three weeks into her pregnancy.

Zai manipulates the doctor into concealing her pregnancy and persuades the doctor to keep quiet about it. Jaanrao approaches Arya and urges her to depart, offering to go with her as everyone seems to be misjudging Zai. However, Arya declines Jaanrao’s offer and requests that he stay with Naina instead. Without hesitation, Jaanrao complies.

Eklavya approaches Arya, expressing concern that she may not be able to stay long. However, Arya reassures her and mentions that she will depart in two days. Zai overhears this conversation.
