The scene opens with Yug sitting in a secluded spot, tears streaming down his face. Arya notices him and joins him. She offers her shoulder as support, and he leans on it, still crying. He gently kisses her injured finger and asks if she is hurt. Arya reassures him it’s only a minor injury and will heal soon. However, Yug regrets being the cause of her pain instead of protecting her from it. But Arya reminds him to focus on Zai for now, who he believes does not deserve attention.

According to her, our actions towards her were undeserved. He questions why we can’t live. Despite not being together, she believes their dreams will come true. They visit a temple to pray. As the sindoor falls on her hairline, he notices and smiles while she notes it.

He prevents her from wiping it, explaining that it’s Bappa’s wish. As he leans in for a kiss, Zai mumbles in her sleep. Bela becomes anxious as she notices Yug and Arya returning home together. The following day, Zai begs Yug not to leave her alone. He reassures her and reminds her to be careful and avoid impulsive actions. Promising to do so, Zai agrees. Meanwhile, Arya serves tea to the group.

Yug requests Zai to visit her doctor, and she assures him she will recover. Ankush inquires about Bela’s whereabouts, and Kasturi speculates that she may be occupied. Yug offers to accompany Zai, while Ankush suggests holding the wedding for a month. However, Bela surprises them by inviting a pandit for an earlier auspicious date, prompting worry from Ankush, Yug, and Arya.

Ankush insists that marriage should not be taken lightly, so we should wait. Zai inquires about any concerns. Bela requests Pandit to suggest a date. Pandit informs them that there is a good mahurat this week; otherwise, the wedding must be postponed for a year. Bela agrees to go ahead with the mahurat. Ankush declares that they will hold off on the wedding for a year. Zai expresses frustration that her marriage would be delayed by a whole year. Yug supports Ankush’s decision, as Zai’s therapy is still ongoing.

Zai is adamant about getting married despite Yug’s concerns. As they discuss their plans, Bela interrupts and reminds them of their agreement to have the wedding in one week. Feeling trapped and frustrated, Yug confides in Ankush that Zai and Bela have complicated their plan. He reminds Ankush of his promise to help him out but worries about how they can pull off a wedding in such a short time. Ankush apologizes, admitting that he underestimated the situation. Unable to handle the pressure, Yug confesses that he cannot go through with this marriage masquerade due to Zai’s ongoing medication and therapy. He declares it a farce and refuses to play along any longer.

Arya approaches them, urging an end to their bickering. Ankush pleads with Yug to calm down. However, Yug insists he cannot go through with the marriage and vows to tell everyone. Concerned, she questions his state of mind. Despite this, he remains determined to execute his plan in a few days. She then proposes a plan for him to fake the marriage. Meanwhile, Bela meets with the pandit and seeks assistance in ensuring Zai’s safety. She offers him compensation and implores him to keep the truth a secret. Grateful, she thanks him as he departs. Justifying her actions, she explains that Zai’s life is at stake and that only by marrying Arya can they keep him away from her true love, Yug.

Ankush and Arya believe that marriage cannot be faked. They recall that Yug was supposed to marry Zai before, but it was a staged event. Now, there seems to be a problem again. Yug insists that he only mar Zai out of duty and cannot pretend to be in love with her. However, his actions are being forced upon him. She understands his dilemma and reminds him that their marriage can occur once Zai recovers, as they both desire.

Nonetheless, Yug gives her thirty minutes to devise an alternative plan before he exposes the truth to everyone. He acknowledges Ankush’s concerns but recognizes that pretending to marry Zai will not truly help her in the long run – she needs actual medical treatment rather than a fake marriage. With that thought in mind, he leaves the room.

Arya and Ankush are concerned about Zai’s well-being. She mentions it involves Zai’s life, to which Ankush agrees with Yug’s opinion. Noticing Yug being called for something important, Zai intervenes and asks him to check the clothing choices. While Maina is requested to gather everyone for an announcement, Zai is pleased with the news. However, as soon as he receives a call from Sandy, Arya pulls him aside. Reiterating her trust in their love, she urges him to marry Zai. He dismisses her words as lies, and she persists in convincing him. During their conversation, Zai joins them.

Precap:

As Yug and Zai twirl on the dance floor at the mehendi function, Arya discreetly attempts to conceal his name on her palm. However, Bela soon arrives and catches a glimpse of it.
