Jeet and Mannat feel anxious as they notice the crowd outside the waiting room. Jeet advises Mannat to leave before they become suspicious. She quickly assures Rani that she will be out and emerges from the room. Noticing Rudra, Mannat admits she was scrolling through her phone.
Rudra informs Mannat of his intention to use the fitting room, but the salesman intervenes, stating that he cannot use the female fitting room. Despite this, Rudra remains adamant about using that particular room. The salesman then cautions Rudra that his job could be affected if he does use it. At this point, Ranvijay suggests that Rudra use the male fitting room instead. In the end, Jeet managed to avoid getting into any trouble.
The Mallick family gathered at the Jyotisheer temple for a special puja the following day. Mannat confides in Geeta about feeling uncomfortable in her lehenga, while Rani eagerly anticipates the engagement. They both observe that everyone welcomes them into the temple and offers their prayers. Suddenly, Jeet appears before Mannat, who urges him to leave, but Ranvijay immediately opens his eyes. Rani and Ranvijay quickly notice Mannat’s smile, and Rani suggests to Geeta that Mannat should also smile during the ring ceremony.
Dev asks Jeet to leave as he has already met Mannat. However, Jeet requests Dev to wait for a while. Mannat is eager to see Jeet and uses the excuse of getting water, but Geeta insists that she stay put. Suddenly, the shagun platter appears in front of Mannat, and Pandit Ji announces that the auspicious time for the Roka ceremony has begun. Mannat is taken aback and filled with joy upon hearing this.
Jeet anxiously awaited Mannat’s arrival, but she still had not. Confused by the situation, Geeta advised her to stay calm. Meanwhile, Pandit ji instructed Rudra and Mannat to face each other as they sat. Jeet and Dev observed something unfolding at the temple from their vantage point. Suddenly, Ranvijay announced that Rudra and Mannat’s engagement ceremony was about to take place. This news came as a shock to Jeet. In his speech, Ranvijay thanked everyone for attending the ceremony. However, Mannat confided in Geeta that she did not want to go through with the Roka and ran away in distress. Knowing how important timing is in such situations, Dev stopped Jeet from trying to chase after her.
Mannat reminds Geeta that she must have mentioned her before. Her sister also expresses feeling cheated by Geeta. Mannat declares that she would rather die than marry Rudra. Tears stream down Mannat’s face as Swami approaches to persuade her, but she refuses to listen. Despite Geeta’s pleading, Mannat stands firm in her decision not to marry Rudra. She even begins taking off her bangles when suddenly Ranvijay interrupts her by yelling at Geeta.
As Ranvijay approaches her, Mannat steps in between him and her mother to prevent a physical altercation. She reminds him of his promise, but he remains determined to have her engaged to Rudra. Turning to Geeta, Ranvijay expresses his desire to see Mannat and Rudra together at all costs. In turn, Geeta warns Mannat that there will be grave consequences if she refuses to attend the Roka ceremony.
Mannat’s emotions overwhelm her as she recalls the promises made to Jeet. She joins Rudra and Geeta as the Roka ceremony begins, causing Jeet to cry at the sight of Mannat becoming engaged to Rudra. Dec comforts Jeet while the ring ceremony commences. Despite her reluctance, Mannat is compelled to wear the ring for her parents’ sake. Rudra assures Mannat that she will eventually develop feelings for him, but Rani plots to teach Mannat a lesson after their marriage.
