The episode begins with Mishka attempting to inject poison into Deepika’s saline bottle. Just then, Ragini enters the room and stops her. Startled, Mishka escapes nervously. Ragini notices the nurse’s finger ring and recalls that the same woman had once locked her and Chandu inside a storeroom. Terrified, she bursts into tears. Chandu tries to comfort her, and then informs Chirag about Ragini’s suspicion. Chirag reassures the children that he knows everyone in the hospital and consoles them before taking them back to Deepika’s cabin.

That night, Chirag decides to stay inside the cabin with Deepika and Ragini while Chandu helps in caring for her mother. Mishka sneaks in once again, but this time, Ragini and Chandu are wide awake. When even Chirag wakes up, Mishka’s plan fails again. Frustrated, she vows that if she can’t kill Deepika, she will finish “Mini Deepika” the very next day.

The next morning, Deepika is discharged. She returns home with Chirag and her daughters. Lavanya insists that Deepika must take complete rest and prepares soup for her. Ragini and Chandu lovingly feed their mother before Neelima arrives to take them for breakfast. Before leaving, Chandu entrusts her mother’s care to Chirag, who gently insists on looking after Deepika himself. The family quietly watches this tender moment from outside the room, touched by the bond between them.

However, Ragini and Chandu refuse to go to school, worried about Deepika’s fragile health. Chirag reassures them that the family will take care of her. Lavanya takes this opportunity to remind Chirag that he has finally acknowledged Ragini as Deepika’s daughter and hopes he will soon accept Chandu as his own too.

Meanwhile, Mishka meets her hired goons, who now demand more money. She agrees, determined to win at any cost. On the other hand, Janvi, tired of Mishka’s repeated failures, plans to move to London. Prithvi tries to stop her, but Janvi insists that no one cares about her or her unborn child. When Deepika visits Janvi with homemade ladoos, Janvi ignores her coldly. Deepika notices the packed bags and senses something troubling between Janvi and Prithvi.

Later, Chirag drops Ragini and Chandu at school. The principal asks him to meet her in her office to discuss the medical room, leaving the children on their own. Meanwhile, Mishka’s goons spring into action. They knock Vaishali Ma’am unconscious while Ragini and Chandu change into their school uniforms. As the children search for Vaishali Ma’am, Chandu gets separated and is cornered by the goons. Showing courage, he smashes a flower vase on them and urges Ragini to run. She refuses to abandon her brother, and the goons chase them both.

Just as they reach the principal’s office for safety, Mishka appears in front of them and grabs the children.
