To save the house, Shobha warns Jhanvi to lure Prithvi and try to get married as they have to vacate it in 2 weeks. In response to Jhanvi’s yawning, she declares that she doesn’t need Prithvi’s help and has completed her part of the work. Lavanya calls her. She shoves Shobha out of the room and picks up Lavanya’s phone call. She listens to Lavanya and says she knows how to ruin her sister’s happiness.

Omkar tells Chirag that whatever happened last night wouldn’t have happened. Chirag feels guilty for hurting Lavanya’s emotions and making her repeatedly hurt Deepika. Lavanya is an angry woman whose anger takes time to melt, but once it does, Omkar is sure she will shower her immense love on her son and daughter-in-law.

Deepika falls while picking up her bag from a cupboard. Chirag holds her and gets romantic. Deepika feels shy. He asks her what she is doing. She says she was picking up her cloth bag. Chirag asks why she didn’t keep her clothes in the cupboard, opens the cupboard, and finds only his clothes. He says it belongs equally to her, and she should use it. She asks him to return home early today because Lavanya has arranged her muh dikhayi/face unveiling ritual.

When Chirag walks out, he observes Neelima preparing arrangements and offers to stay home and assist her. She tells Chirag she will do it as Lavanya has given her responsibility after a long time, and she informs her that Lavanya has hired makeup artists to do Deepika’s makeup. Chirag feels weird but ignores it.

Lavanya heads towards Deepika’s room, where she is warmly greeted. She asserts that she has hired makeup artists to prepare for the muh dikhayi ritual and doesn’t require anyone’s permission to move around her home. As Jhanvi enters the Mittal house, Prithvi is delighted to see her and expresses disbelief at her presence for him. However, Jhanvi clarifies that she is there for Deepika while making sarcastic remarks that Prithvi fails to comprehend. She then makes her way to Deepika’s room.

She is happy to see her. Lavanya walks behind her and asks her to get Deepika ready well. Jhanvi calls makeup artists and tells Deepika to close her eyes. Chirag calls Deepika to inform her he will be there in 30 minutes, hears Jhanvi and asks if it is Jhanvi there. Deepika disconnects the call. The veil covers Deepika’s face, and she doesn’t let her look into a mirror.

Payal informs Chirag that Deepika is upstairs as soon as he returns home. Shekhawat walks in and asks Lavanya why she hides her daughter-in-law when she does everything openly. Lavanya says she wants to keep family issues confined to family and is grateful that Mrs. Shekhawat came to bless her son and daughter-in-law.

It is Prithvi’s pleasure that Jhanvi has returned home today. Chirag says he knows, so he came to check on Deepika. Jhanvi smirks at Lavanya after bringing Deepika down. Omkar, Ashutosh, and Chirag dance on Mere Mehboob Mere Sanam. Chirag realizes it is his imagination. Payal lifts Deepika’s veil and stands shocked.
