The doctor later reveals Chandni’s condition is critical and immediate surgery is required, urging Deepika to deposit ₹5 lakhs so they can call senior surgeon Dr. Kejriwal.

Shivani considers seeking help from Lavanya but hesitates due to past humiliation from Chirag. Meanwhile, Baldev updates Siddharth about Chandni’s condition. Dr. Kejriwal contacts Siddharth to perform the surgery in his absence. Siddharth reaches the hospital promptly and assures Deepika of his support.

Chirag also arrives and prepares for surgery, but the junior doctor reminds him that the money hasn’t been deposited.
