The episode opens with Chirag urging Deepika to get up as he calls the doctor for Ragini. He tells Mishka to sit beside Ragini but then grabs Deepika, drags her outside, and pushes her away. Ashu reminds Chirag he could have injured her. Lavanya quickly apologizes to Deepika for his behaviour. Prithvi steps in to defend Deepika, pointing out that she came to see Ragini despite leaving her own unwell daughter at home. Calmly, Deepika says she doesn’t care about Chirag’s words or actions.

Chirag’s anger boils over as he throws Deepika out and slams the door. Lavanya tells him Ragini needs a mother like Deepika, but he refuses, even warning that if she persists, he might harm himself. Ashu and Neelima try to calm Lavanya, promising to manage the situation. Prithvi consoles her as Lavanya vows to bring Deepika back no matter the opposition.

The doctor examines Ragini, saying there are no new symptoms, but with her fever rising, she might need hospitalization. He advises Chirag to call the person Ragini wants—clearly Deepika. Mishka interrupts, labelling Deepika as greedy, but Chirag angrily shuts her down. Ashu and Neelima urge him to think carefully about his next steps.

Lavanya visits Deepika and tells her about Ragini’s condition. Deepika decides to send kheer and a protective raksha potli, believing it will help her heal. Lavanya feels guilty for hiding the full truth, but Deepika reassures her that Swara and Swari will manage things in her absence.

The next morning, the doctor sees no improvement and recommends admitting Ragini to hospital. Chandni arrives, carrying the kheer for Ragini. She urges Chirag to taste it, and when he does, he asks who made it. Chandni explains that Ragini’s “SM” made it on Deepika’s request and shares a small story Deepika created to show her care.

Chandni kisses Ragini’s hand, promising not to tease her anymore and urging her to recover. She convinces Chirag to tie the raksha potli to Ragini, insisting it will work. Lavanya and Omkar quietly watch as Chirag reluctantly does so.

To everyone’s surprise, Ragini opens her eyes. Chandni excitedly tells her that her SM sent the kheer. Chirag feeds Ragini while Mishka watches, clearly upset.
