Chirag is upset with Deepika for failing to inform him about the issues she encountered while he was away. He shares that he had many unsettling thoughts while trying to locate her. Deepika explains that she was accused of attempting to harm her sister and was in a state of shock, not wanting to burden him. Chirag questions how she would have handled the situation if their roles had been reversed, and then she falls asleep without further discussion. Throughout the night, Deepika tries to persuade him, but unfortunately, her efforts are unsuccessful.
The following day, Chirag sits down for breakfast. While Deepika tries to serve him, he ignores her. Sensing an opportunity, Lavanya steps in and serves him instead. As Chirag takes his bag and walks away without saying goodbye, Lavanya taunts Deepika about losing her hold on him. But Deepika stands firm, reminding Lavanya that she is legally and emotionally bound to Chirag as his wife. Despite their current disagreement, she believes they will always find comfort in each other’s arms and stay together forever. When Lavanya questions her confidence, Deepika clarifies that it is simply a strong trust in their relationship.
Jhanvi feels compelled to calm Lavanya down by all means necessary. However, as Lavanya passes by, irately reprimanding a grocer on the phone, Jhanvi accidentally runs into her and begs for forgiveness. Despite Jhanvi’s pleas, Lavanya sternly warns her to get out of her way and questions why fate sent “middle-class” girls like Jhanvi to her home. Desperate, Jhanvi clings to Lavanya’s feet and begs for forgiveness, using Deepika as an example of someone who forgave quickly. Eventually, Lavanya decides to brush this incident off but firmly states that she won’t forgive Jhanvi again if she makes another mistake. Meanwhile, Deepika finishes praying and departs. Taking advantage of the situation, Jhanvi gossips about Deepika to gain Lavanya’s sympathy. In response, Lavanya also expresses her negative feelings towards Deepika.
As Chirag enters the room, he is caught off guard by Mishka, who surprises him with a party popper. Despite his initial anger, Mishka embraces and attempts to soothe his emotions. Just as they begin to calm down, the nurse walks in and apologizes for mistaking Deepika for Chirag’s partner. This brings joy to Mishka, who calls Deepika “bhabhi.” However, Chirag clarifies that the nurse had made a mistake. Excited about meeting later at Chirag’s favorite hangout spot, Mishka exits his cabin. As she leaves, the nurse asks if she was mistaken about Deepika being Chirag’s bhabhi and apologizes for her error. Annoyed by the mix-up, Mishka glares back at her angrily.
Deepika goes to see Chirag, and he questions why she couldn’t wait for him to come home. She explains that she needed to meet him and elaborates on her decision not to inform him about her issue. She reminds him of his promise always to trust her and expresses her desire to be a source of strength for him. Chirag stands in silence while Deepika sadly walks away, sincerely accepting his punishment. As he reflects on his mistake, Chirag feels guilty.
Mishka prepares to meet Chirag, convinced that he will return to her. Despite her uncle’s attempts to warn her that Chirag is now married, Mishka sends him away and heads to Chirag’s favorite hangout restaurant. Meanwhile, Chirag enlists Payal’s help to surprise his wife, Deepika. As Mishka arrives at the restaurant, she hopes Chirag will show up. However, her jealousy grows as she sees Deepika being led to a table by the staff and Chirag joining her.
