Deepika serves juice to the Mittal family as Yashwant and Shobha join them. Chirag then shares his drink with Deepika, which seems to upset Lavanya. Seeing Manorama’s request for tea, Janvi offers to get it and heads towards the kitchen before collapsing. In a panic, Deepika and Prithvi quickly rush to her aid. However, Manorama and Shobha shockingly accuse Deepika of spiking Janvi’s juice and poisoning her. Lavanya then adds fuel to the fire by accusing Janvi of trying to harm herself because she couldn’t handle Janvi becoming a mother first. Deepika defends herself against these accusations while Omkar asks Chirag to check on Janvi. Despite Lavanya’s continuous yelling, Chirag checks on Janvi before calling Mishka for a second opinion. Mishka then proceeds to examine Janvi closely.
Chirag joyfully raises Prithvi and shares the news of his impending fatherhood. The whole family celebrates together. Lavanya begins her eccentric behaviour again and directs harsh words at Deepika, criticizing her for having a destructive aura and avoiding accepting her as the elder daughter-in-law since Janvi got pregnant first.
Chirag faces her, but Deepika soothes him and steps away. Mishka then attempts to stir up Chirag by implying that Lavanya tends to talk too much. Despite this, Chirag takes responsibility for the situation and decides to inform Deepika about his infertility. Meanwhile, Mishka comes across Deepika’s phone and takes it without her knowledge.
As Chirag approaches Deepika, who is occupied assembling a mint and flower arrangement for Janvi, he attempts to disclose his infertility. However, Mishka joins them and points out that Deepika’s phone is incessantly buzzing. Concerned, Deepika asks Chirag to investigate, but he becomes envious of Siddharth’s call and refuses to answer it. Without hesitation, Deepika answers the call instead.
Siddharth inquires about the multiple calls from Deepika, to which she denies. He suggests it could be a technical glitch and ends the call. Meanwhile, Chirag has left, and Deepika discovers this upon entering Janvi’s room with a bouquet. Together with Prithvi, they scheme to throw a surprise birthday celebration for Chirag.
The next day, Deepika carries on as usual and forgets to wish Chirag a happy birthday. She inquired about his expected return time, and he responded that it was 7 p.m. However, their interaction makes him annoyed as he heads off to work. Meanwhile, Lavanya performs a pooja for Chirag and even offers him aarti, but he doesn’t acknowledge her presence. In the midst of this, Deepika once again starts blaming Lavanya for causing tension between her and Chirag.
Omkar confirms that he didn’t wish Chirag either. Lavanya speculates that Deepika also may not have wished for Chirag. Prithvi questions her assumption and wonders if Deepika deliberately skipped wishing Chirag because she is planning a surprise party for him. The family gets excited at the thought while Lavanya goes on with her criticisms of Deepika.
As Chirag enters his cabin, Mishka greets him with flowers and birthday wishes. Grateful for the gesture, Chirag mentions she is the first to wish him. Mishka then asks if Deepika also forgot about his birthday, to which he replies negatively. Despite wanting to party with Mishka tonight, Chirag has promised Deepika to be home by 7 p.m. Upon hearing this exchange, the nurse suggests to Prithvi that they can plan a surprise party for Chirag at 7 p.m. Mishka overhears and informs Deepika’s family, who begin making arrangements for the surprise party.
Lavanya loudly declares that Chirag won’t return tonight due to Deepika. As Chirag heads home, he spots Mishka stumbling on the road and quickly approaches her. She requests him to take her home. In the meantime, Lavanya keeps screaming and cursing at Deepika because of Chirag’s absence. Deepika firmly vows to only return home with Chirag, and if he doesn’t return, she will leave without causing any trouble for Lavanya.
