Dil Ko Tumse Pyaar Hua 22nd December 2024 Written Update begins with Deepika and Baldev heading toward Health Line Hospital, where Dr. Chirag works. At the same time, Lavanya arrives at the hospital with Chandni. Chandni is mesmerized by the grand hospital and its facilities. Lavanya speaks to a nurse and learns that Chirag is currently performing surgery, so they’ll have to wait.

While waiting, Chandni notices Mishka in the hospital and remembers how she insulted her at the medical camp. Meanwhile, Mishka instructs a ward boy to expedite a DNA test. Lavanya, overhearing the conversation, questions Mishka about it, but Mishka evades the query under the guise of patient confidentiality and leaves. Lavanya then finds Chandni seated outside a cabin and reassures her that she’ll stay by her side.

Soon after, Deepika arrives at the hospital. Chirag, still in surgery, somehow senses her presence. After finishing the operation, Deepika asks a nurse about Chandni, but doesn’t get any information. Lavanya tells Chandni to wait for Chirag while she goes to get her something to eat.

As Deepika continues searching the hospital cautiously, hoping to avoid being seen by Chirag, she unexpectedly bumps into him. Chirag recognizes her instantly, calls out, and hugs her warmly. Chandni then apologizes to Deepika and explains that Dr. Chirag will now treat her. She guides Deepika to Chirag’s cabin.

On his way to the cabin, Chirag meets Lavanya, who informs him that Chandni is inside waiting for him. Lavanya adds that she had gone to get a sandwich for the hungry girl. When Chandni sees Chirag, she excitedly hugs him and insists he check on her mother, who has come along. Lavanya mentions she must leave to pick Ragini from her art class and assures Chandni that Chirag is the best doctor she could have. Chandni hugs Lavanya and expresses gratitude. Lavanya hands over the sandwich to Chirag before leaving.

Inside the cabin, Chirag and Chandni share a light moment while enjoying the sandwich. Chandni feeds Chirag, and he lovingly reciprocates. Meanwhile, Deepika gathers courage and prays to her deity, Savre, before stepping into the cabin. She stops a nurse and gives a fabricated reason—that she needs to consult Dr. Chirag about her brother’s health.

As she approaches the cabin, Chandni wonders aloud where her mother is. Inside, Chirag silently reflects on the inexplicable bond he feels with Chandni. Her presence brings him calmness and peace, stirring something deep within him.
